the episode itself today, without considering the plot, was adorable and everything. i was reeled into all of it for a moment there, just as i was in the past few episodes. simultaneously though, i find myself becoming increasingly conflicted with every episode as to what exactly i’m devoting my time to when i watch this show. at this point, someone from the team needs to come out and outright clarify. have they lost the plot? have they forgotten the original intent of the story? are they under some sort of trp constraint? or have they simply given up on the show? what is the deal here? i caught my very first glimpse of the show when Imlie burned her mangalsutra, and thought to myself that a revolution had finally come to itv and i definitely needed to get on board this. but this is now a full-on story of domesticity (with or without the pregnancy). her aspirations and career have been reduced to no more than a “conflict enhancer” and a mere one-liner intended to land the fl in the ml’s arms and extend their talks on domesticity, when it used to be the whole bottomline of the show. what happened to “Amma ki asha”? what happened to “chandan ka tika”? what happened to ep 322 (where Imlie wrote her first article and explained the rationale for it)? what happened to reaching for that trophy and building an ‘aangan’ for Amma? what happened to all of that? talk to us.

I am not on social media but I do hope that folks are asking these questions to the CVs and team on IG and twitter. we need answers!!! am genuinely perplexed on why we are running at sonic speed through arcs. it is bizarre. I am genuinely wondering if the show is ending or they are going to wipe the slate clean and start afresh with a new imlie altogether.

They definitely lost plots worth 2-3 months with sudden exit of some actor(s)

The script now is not being written for storytelling but like all other daily dramas just to show something daily, a mindless entertainment. So if they show something halfway decent, i don't mind.

For those of us, to whom the attraction was episodes 310-400, we're in for a disappointment because there does not seem to be a long term planning, add to it the channel interference (based on observation of tracks in all other shows), increases the constraints and restricts creativity.

even if they are planning to start afresh, is this really the direction they intent on? after all the high hopes of a truly empowering story they showed us? wasn’t that the reason most of us pledged loyalty to this show in the first place? or do they actually think it was all just for the ml’s good looks? did we give them the impression that we’d stick with it regardless of anything they give us just for that? i don’t like assumptions, so i’d really like to give them the opportunity to tell us what’s going on. considering the time and emotions we’ve all invested in their story.

whatever we invest is our own, the show doesn't cater to only us, in fact we don't even make money for them.

If they keep on going this way I would love the channel to give them an ultimatum and let the show end with a happy Arylie with kids... She had already fulfilled her life she don't need to make a house for her parents or buy a car(she is happy driving her rich husband's car) she is happy cooking no need to do job(I mean she might have been suspended from college for low attendance and without the the degree she can't continue her job. It would be against professional ethics if she continues just coz her hubby is the boss who don't visit office). She is complete as woman having baby and yes being a wife, mother, sister and daughter in law. She is complete as a human with a loving family. She now only will take care of the house which is her left hand job and live a luxurious life.

Wasn't living a luxurious life was her aim coming out of a jhopra? Now when you have in the expense of a secured Husband with a billion bank balance why there's need to work? U can be lazy and rich. Also she attained the first step to God with Prem...

She will attain Nirvana soon...

You and I better focus in our lives... Tbh I am not that lucky with money I have no sugar daddy so will end up with a mediocre job atleast with a good monthly pay if I study well.

I well wasted my last few months for a character like Imlie who already in highest stage of Moksh...

In one word I can answer all your questions - Channel interference. Almost 4shows on SP is having the pregnancy track at the same time and what biggest hint do we need. We either have to quit or have to sit back and watch till the main plot twist happens.
