I too want a six/eight pack so for every time Aryan said Imlie's name in today's episode I'm forcing myself to do a sit-up. I counted 19 but may have missed some or added some whilst groaning from the sheer agony my tummy was experiencing at the time. Guess I'll have to watch this episode several more times for maximum benefit. 😆

Yeah, so my initial thought was take a shot for every time he said her name but I'm teetotal so that was out. Then a mouthful of ice-cream for every time but I got brain freeze and quickly ran out of it too so finally opted for the healthy way.😆 So sit-ups it is then. Can't promise to stick to it but I will try.😆
