We all know Narmada is my QUEEN! I love the love she has for Imlie. Every time she says meri Imlie, my heart skips a beat cause it's selfless and beautiful of her to show such care and respect for someone. She is not blind to her son's faults and I have no doubt she loves Imlie just as much as Arpi and Aru. She didn't let BD and BM insult Imlie when she ran away, she was just hurt.

So many precious Narmada-Imlie moments and I'm just here for it

I am a bit mad at her for always stopping Aru from going ballistic on BM but apart from that she has my heart for raising a feminist son.

Big mood! She needs to let him go off on both BM and Aditya.

The whole wedding, she kept him quiet, if not for us then at-least let him taunt and create drama for the trp waale.

1. Narmada breaking the ITV Mother stereotype

Like I have not seen a more sorted mother. She loves both her children so much but has also brought them up well. She is not shy in calling out her son on his actions like usual ITV mothers. She would never cover up for Aryan's misdeeds. The most striking representation of this moment is when Aryan and Imlie enter the Rathore mansion as 'married'. The first thing she does is ask Imlie if she willingly married Aryan and if not she will stand by her... Aparna could never đŸ€Ș

Narmada breaking ITV mother stereotypes part 2

There is no over protectiveness for her son or that tad bit of extra love commonly seen in mother-son duos on ITV. She is not possessive of him but is quite sorted. She cares for him but lets him have his independence. She wants him to be happy but respects his life choices too. I have also never seen a moment where she discriminates between Arpita and Aryan.
