I have this unsubstantiated theory that the car smashing promo was shot when creatives had low expectations of how Aryan and Arylie would be received so were actually contemplating making Aryan a villain of sorts therefore the car smashing promo... They probably had a plan A and a Plan B, Plan A being making Aryan a villain who falls into unrequited love with Imlie with no end game for them with or without a replacement Adi being around. Plan B had Aryan looking like he has all the villain vibes but turns out to be Imlie's real hero and end game. When Aryan received such stupendous love and appreciation from the viewing audience Plan B became viable so they are now implementing that. Anyway what I am really trying to say is don't regard the car promo as a normal promo to be used as reference for other promos of the show. It was something conjured up during a desperate time when the male lead of the show was quitting and creatives were on an unsure footing of what to do.
