Aryan being in his ASR element and showing what it is to actually lead, and not just punishing the people who made a fool out of her, by bringing light on the excuses they used before Imlie, but also not sparing her. As a boss, he can exert that authority, even though he cannot do so in her personal choices. She failed at her work due to her emotional immaturity, and if Aryan doesn't give some bitter pills to swallow, she will not understand the ahemiyat of the position she so shabbily adapted and did nothing to execute her assignment.

These are only 2 things coming to mind - Imlie's emotional victory, a very small one, and Aryan showing her the mirror of her professionalism and what a giant emotionally immature creature she is.

Not going to name but another show on the name of growth only has a bhaashan phadoing FL and an ML who is basically a love sick puppy. I don’t want that to happen here!

The jaaniya moment you described is extremely (like 99%) going to happen. However, I feel after that before ASR can lecture Imlie or the T’s I really hope Imlie gives it back to Adi. She needs to put her foot down, open her mouth and stand up for herself and her self respect! Enough of crying and being treated like a doormat.

This can very well act as a wake up call for Aparna and the rest of T-party that Imlie is indeed growing.THAT will be redeemable for the mess and crap that we have been shown today. Growth is not overnight, but it is also not backwards!

I want not only for Aryan to see how she gives it back but also how she is treated so he can fix the rest of her loose screws. He needs to really give her a good warning because she left such a big responsibility at the drop of a hat to attend to this emotional crap. She needs to realise he trusted her with this, and she broke it!

Bro, Imlie has selective emotional output. Why I say this, because when she was signing off leave applications yesterday she remembered her Nani and wanted to call her but gave up the plan thinking she should finish work first lekin aaj Babu Saheeeeeb ko dekhte hi screw dheela ho haya dimag ka uska. behen auto chala ke gayi Tripathi Niwas..

The woman is crazily emotional when it comes to BS and T-party. She momentarily gave up on freeing Satyakkam, who is her ‘dadda’ and went to jail to save her ass because she was too focused on saving her non-existent married life and dealing with her sautan.

She then willingly puts her mothers life in danger to make sure BS is okay. Oh and it doesn’t end there. She leaves the biggest opportunity of her life, the chance of a lifetime, the responsibility she has been entrusted with at the drop of a hat… why? Because her so-called mother called!
