Adi-Imlie VM: Tumko Aana Padega

I loved this unplugged version and somehow only Adi-Imlie came to my mind to vid this :)

"Hum apni wafaa pe na ilzaam lenge"....that is Adi-Imlie to me - chaahe pura zamana inki wafaa ko jhutlaane ki koshish kar le, jitne marzi ilzaam lagaa le.....we know what we saw unfold onscreen was magic in of itself that cannot be replicated in this show again - the hut scene will be in a league of its own for years to come.

Vidding them is a nice reminder of how mindblowingly fantastic actors GM-ST were together and there's nothing in this show that can even begin to come close to that no matter what "alag raahs" are attempted😆.

I was suddenly hit hard by nostalgia while revisiting these scenes today for this VM…..it all comes rushing back what amazing ACTING talent we got to witness with the nuances these two brought to their scenes - no embellishments needed….just pure raw talent leaping out of the screen to grab your attention 👏.

@bold: Absolutely ❤️.....bahut si pyari yaadein hain humare paas to savor the uniqueness of these two. Even revisiting a single scene is a reminder of the amount of nuances they packed into any scene they got - it kinda made me more thankful that we got them together in the first place even if they were left unfinished in some form later.....but they left a deep impact with the journey they got also.

This is so beautiful AY!!❤️❤️ You are absolutely correct! So thankful we got these two gems together even if they remained unfinished in some form..these two broke the stereotypes and hence were able to leave a lasting impact with their performance.

First of all this is alag level ka khiobsoorst that fills your heart but also leaves kuch adhura but pyara.. a d wholesome..

I was just saying this in the other thread ke the sheer contrast into he 2 hugs omg that journey in itself speaks a lot that is what these 2 gems are and what they can do..these will forever remain the most beautiful thing to happen to us in the pandemic.. and just bohat pyari yaad..

The bold yes those lines that is them no matter how much koi try kare that will never change for Og's kabhi kisi ko kosi tarah ka ilzam nahi dene denge and walking together in keechad and keechad se Kamal slkhilana as we always used to say .

Pandemic ka unexpected gift the Adilie ❤️😆.....and they will forever be that keechad mein khilaa kamal in my memories no matter how much some attempt to retroactively diminish them......jo connect already dil mein itna gehra baith gaya hai, woh aise nahin jaayega. Hum log Imlie 2.0 thodi na hain jo itni gehri baatein aise hi bhool jaayein😛.....J/K😆

Will agree the "hum apni wafa p na ilzam lenge" resonated deeply well, specially Adi's POV of his relationship with Imlie. The hut scene will always be one of their best moments remembered.

Last scene pe it's like smile automatically comes onto one's face when Adi-Imlie hugged.

Kya dinn tey, joh masti vagera hote tey, learning different perspectives, having fun discussions. Felt like actual episode discussions and having fun in exploring Adi-Imlie's journey.

@bold: IKR! I remember how much fun we used to have in the old threads.....it was quite a lively bunch we had going in the forum before *cough* certain elements entered to only make this about constant hate on Adi.....oh well, the good times were nice while they lasted :)

Adi's original perspective about his love for Imlie was one of the cornerstones anchoring this story - the other was Imlie's faith. The writers decided to dilute both so that's their misfortune in losing out on a gem of a unique storyline. As Fary said above, Adilie to me will always be memorable because they shone with a special kind of purity even when everyone was trying to malign them.....and they still do even when the makers themselves have left no stone unturned to malign them. That is the power of something that is genuine - it has a lasting impact against all odds.
