Aww thank you, RD! :) Haha yes, they managed to create something magical here which I guess even though they don't know exactly how😆.....they just did - and we are lucky to have gotten to witness it :)

Word on the unique sort of purity they represented....we have all definitely been spoilt by the distinct quality to the connect and chemistry between these two characters and it will be hard to find another that compares any time soon.....lol

@bold: So true....that was the compelling power of their relationship - the fight to be together, to find their way to each other against seemingly insurmountable odds. Too bad the makers chose to dilute/demean that fight just to set up cheap cliches, but we will still remember what the original cornerstone of their relationship was :)

The hut hug was just magic because how hard earned it was for both Adi-Imlie & the viewers as well. It was such a watershed moment because in that moment nothing mattered to Adi-Imlie beyond each other. Despite the complications of their circumstances the plain acceptance of each other's saaf dil feelings. This clarity & honesty of feelings between them right from the start was the one thing which made Adi-Imlie unique & stand out amongst the herd of the typical ITV couple. Nothing was hidden from each other emotions wise even through the denials & pretensions.

The progression of the emotional journey they went through was conveyed so clearly by the variations in the hugs overtime. I remember how disappointed we were by the 30 secs of hug at the airport but still bowled over with how much feelings GM-ST manged to pack in those 30 secs❤️.

The hug after the SK shoot out was so murdered by the makers ke subahanallah song choice but the overwhelming love & relief in it was 😆. The sheer intimacy was 🤯. I watch your edit on the O rangrez song for this hug frequently😆. The words of that song suited Adi-Imlie to the T.

Oh ROFL the post SK shoot out hug.....yes, the hoops we all had to jump through to let the sanctity of an Adilie scene come through even when makers were determined to run them down with lame song choices.....haha glad that O Rangrez worked out on that hug :)

I was just smiling as I watched the VM❤️ You picked beautiful scenes to show the journey.

The turmoil, the hesitation and the decision, the acceptance of love😃 The walk towards each other and the hug at the end. The happiness of being together, feeling whole. I never noticed it before, but Aditya sighed in the hug scene to convey the relief of getting back to Imlie.

Agree with every one, GM-ST just elevated simplest of scenes and made them special. What ever Adi was the good and the bad, he was in front of Imlie. There was never any pretense between them. And Imlie understood and loved him without any expectations even when he was not at his best.

@bold: Oh I noticed that the first time I watched it too....Adi exhaled like he'd been holding his breath since god knows when, and he was only able to release it once he found his home in Imlie with that hug....that simple act of just breathing a sigh of relief/peace/contentment/sukoon....all of it encompassed in those 2-3 seconds at the end of the scene - just one of the many reasons this scene will remain hatke and iconic❤️.

Word to what you said about the lack of pretense between Adilie setting them apart during the golden era of the first 200 epis. Their original characterizations are worth cherishing for the actual layers and class to them.
