So I dunno if anyone caught it but one of my favorite bits to use in the VM was the...."Phir kya ghabraana" line on Adi's hesitation during the hut hug.....man, it's still one of the most magical moments ever executed on ITV.....aaj bhi seedha dil ko chhu jaati hai us moment ki maasoomiyat.....and this line just seemed to work for it totally.

And baaki toh yeh dono ek dum dil ko bhar dete hain emotion se in using any old scene of theirs......sigh.

Oh I did..and I still stick to the words ni one has ever ever managed to show that like this we all went extra gaga that day due to that emotion more then thr technicality of that hug. And that still fills your heart everyrime..no matter how many times we have seen the scene.. gufed it capped it talker about it mixed it yet woh jo uss moment ka intent hai woh jo uska meaning hai it hits you right in the heart and woh jo AHhj nikalta hai na dilse woh dekh ke and sukoon vibe and woh feeling of wholsomeness them brigdibg that gap changing the entire equation oh Lord . It is a thing if beauty that is inexplicable truly and that just worked so beautifully in this too

"Hum apni wafaa pe na ilzaam lenge"....that is Adi-Imlie to me - chaahe pura zamana inki wafaa ko jhutlaane ki koshish kar le, jitne marzi ilzaam lagaa le.....we know what we saw unfold onscreen was magic in of itself that cannot be replicated in this show again - the hut scene will be in a league of its own for years to come.

Vidding them is a nice reminder of how mindblowingly fantastic actors GM-ST were together and there's nothing in this show that can even begin to come close to that no matter what "alag raahs" are attempted😆.

oh my god love i just love them love them and major missing them onscreen😭😭😭😭😭

No words to explain how beautiful it is AY ji

As everyone said, it was beautiful until it lasted and will always remain in our hearts as such. They have made a deep mark in our heart which cannot be wiped off easily..

And I could see all Adiliens here under the same thread, who were not that active after the so called drama 🤦🏻‍♀️. That says it all

Our babies❤️.. Adilie *sigh*

AY, thank you so much for this VM - sorry I just got around to seeing it as I am very rarely on the forum nowadays. Loved your choice of scenes - even the one for "roke zamaana chahe" - that expression of seeing Imlie on Adi's face (I will call only the version of GM and ST before 300 that, coz afterwards they just did not remain anywhere close to being that anymore) - I remember how it was - even after feeling betrayed, Imlie's face and relief at seeing Adi and then that hug. That was what was always their essence - that despite the MU's and the issue they had surrounding them, they always only looked out for each other and always only cared what the other thought or felt (maybe why this version of Imlie completely disconnected viewers like me who just could not reconcile with her not being able to see just how much pain Adi was going through with her behavior).

So thank you again for giving us that version. The coloring and the hut scene (my favorite of theirs) was just an added feather in the cap of the beautiful song you chose for them. Ironically Adilie scenes have always been most suited to old retro tracks - maybe because their pairing and their chemistry was so old school and had so much theraav rather than the push & pull pairings of others.

Thank you so much, Aziya ji :) Glad you liked it.....yes, they have left a lasting impression in our hearts which will outlast the lifespan of the show itself and any attempts to degrade their legacy. Their beauty was such that it cannot be diminished no matter what retroactive attempts are done to undo what they were.

No worries, Aps.....thanks for dropping in with such a sweet comment :) Glad you enjoyed the VM!

Ahh that "airport" scene.....haha yes, we barely got 2 minutes of Adilie reuniting there (as usual.....lol) but GM-ST packed so much into those brief moments even with all the MUs and hurt swirling between Adilie.....that is where their magic was - all they had to do was look at each other and the CONNECT used to leap out palpably.

Word on retro tracks being so suited for Adilie.....lol they had that old school vibe in today's era when everything is about instant superficiality, cliches and gimmicks - maybe that is why they caught my eye too. To see something this old school and chaste unfolding in the midst of such a convoluted plot....lol that was the marvel and that is why Adilie made their own special place in my eyes. Their love had that old school warmth - woh earnest kasmon vaadon wala pyar jahaan bas saath ki khwaaish rehti thi aur itne simple earnest words mein express ki jaati thi.❤️

oh AY… what can I even say to this… this just represents something so pure and this from me as someone who never watched serials cos I could never stomach the cliche,I found something in imlie that I think can’t be replicated anywhere ever again.. it has spoilt me now and I just keep revisiting the past episodes and well to me the story ended with our jhalli and Sherie langoor writing their names with mehndi on their hands. I chose that as my ending cos even in that few mins all I could see was two souls desperately fighting for each other…

Thanks AY… gonna keep this on the days j really need a pick me up and a remembrance of what it was .., like some have said that old school romance with s so hard to find nowdays and they nailed it .. how I don’t know but they did .. … ❤️

thanks for the tag aps.. ❤️
