Res. Just saw this. But first feed the hungry ones and then be back! So this is why you were MIA for so long. 🤣 I like this reason.

Edit:

An observer would liken Aryan Singh Rathore to an irate, yet alert lion, prancing around the jungle looking to kill anyone who dared wrong the nature around him. Nature nurtured life, it made a man unfettered; it made him wish to live. Nature, to Aryan Singh Rathore's subconscious, was personified in his Hansika right now. His Jangli.

This para got me. He really is an alert albeit agitated lion, right now, struggling between the need to protect her and letting her go. I love how he thinks at the end, that he needs to be the leader right now because she was having a mental breakdown, 50-50 partnership. In Pannapari, she led and he followed, now he will lead and she will follow or rather he will drag her with him, given her current distraught state.👏 Hastily written but all the pheels are perfect! God, I love this couple!!

Oh yeah, there's a debate between scholars whether the Sanskrit Hamsa should be identified with goose or swan. I drew the parallel from early Buddhist art. You would find a lot of Hamsas in Ashoka's pillars. Since, swans are not all that common in north India, I went with goose. That was just for Bea and whoever struggles with Indian languages, though.

Won't follow it up if I continue with this.

I don't think he's realised that he loves her. I think he's doing a lot of things out of compulsion. Like that meri slip-up is not conscious, and he hasn't even registered it yet.

But what he has registered even in the show is his hatred for her BS-ing and that he finds some sort of mundane joy in her being herself.

That's how I write everything! Can't be bothered to edit it. Capriciously I came and that's how I will go. 🤣

But also, it was hasty because I thought of how his emotional self and his calculative mind would be working in tandem at the moment. Both struggling for dominance and yet not being able to defeat one another.

I love them too. They are such gems.

Tagging you people here because you had expressed interest in reading my idiocy ages ago.

Thanks for the tag, Blue. I tend to miss out on good stories because half the time I am either writing one of my own or checking out the DT. It would have been a shame to miss out on this one. 😃 So, thanks!! 🤗

The song choice as always was brilliant. A mellow song for such a tense situation. These lines had me.

M! My love! Thank you so much for taking your time out to read this. Tbh, don't know if I should continue this or if it's worth pursuing.

Frankly, I write better screenplays than outright stories, hence the emphasis on scenes and images. Had to write this today because of all the filth that was littered around, and the underutilization of this track.

The lack of dialogues too is precisely because these two speak best when they say nothing at all. ❤️

@bold: To this I say, please, please continue to write. You have wonderful concepts and clear ideas of what you want to convey. Slow down and it will read just as beautiful, even if no dialogs are needed. Actions, eyelocks and thought processes are all that are necessary. Doesn't a screenplay by definition require an eye for detail? I cannot wait to read more from you, @bluegrass. And continue linking a song to your stories. Makes it even more relatable, IMHO.
