Also I've noticed a few things about Imlie recently. Whenever Aru does/says something for her, the way she looks at him is like she's trying to find something in his eyes, like why he's doing what he's doing & when Aryan senses that he steps back leaving her all puzzled. Be it the chilly eating scene or when she asked him to say something to cheer her up & even today when she said "tum gussa kahe karat ho?"

And I feel everytime Aryan sees some hope/expectation in her eyes he just builds those walls around him again. I don't think it's bcoz he feels that she still loves Adi. Today she made it pretty clear that her going to T house isn't out of love but out of concern for his family & safety. So why is Aryan not taking that extra step?? Mujhe lagta hai it's bcoz he's scared that he's way too broken/sad from inside that he won't be able to love her as much. I don't think it's about Adi anymore it's more about his self doubt probably.

Aryan needs a reality check as much as Imlie at this point. I really want her to call him out on blurring those professional & personal boundaries as per his convenience but when she asks for something he very cleverly draws those boundaries again. Ab na zyada ho rha h iska.

@red bold.. that i am not sure about.. like i am still on fence to say that he is rebuilding those walls after realizing what she has in her eyes.. for me he hasn't realized anything yet (about her questioning look)..

i feel he is his usual self 90% tough exterior.. just when those subconscious things happen (palat, cute and amma wali seekh) he does that subconsciously with no involvement of his brain yet, no calculation of businessman just a man's heart which flows alongwith Imlie's innocence.. and that moment goes he comes out with question to himself as to why he did so..

he is just flowing, flying emotionally with her innocence... realization for such people who has those tough, long, walls around their hearts take time.... much more than we can even think. and it would need some real threat to Imlie's life when hi heart has to wake his brain up to inform she is slipping away from our lives.. you have to do something its has been enough for me to handle it all alone so far..

Exactly! It dragged on and on. But we watched cause every day there were Arylie moments to look forward to. But near the end when there were fewer of those moments and most of us started getting bored because the story wasn’t even moving.

Since the wedding it’s been a cycle of the same old. So it’s nice they’re finally trying to get back on track to move things along. Probably sped along by the fact that they don’t have GM for much longer and they need to wrap up whatever they need while he’s still here.

I do think the smart thing would be if he was to disappear and then reappear with a new face. Everyone can act like it was always him. It’ll be too jarring to have him be played by one actor today and another tomorrow (even though I know this happens often. In American soaps you’d have an actor change and some guy would just do a voiceover saying “the role of x is now being played by y”).

There will definitely be a time gap before they bring in new adi.... It's not possible to think that audience will readily accept a now actor in such an established character.

Maybe most of those who watched for actor will leave by the time new adi comes that would be logical planning too...

I don’t follow a lot of celebrities on social media, I actually don’t know that I follow any other Bollywood/ITV stars at all. But even I gave in and followed him.
