So, I'm here! 😆
This was beautiful! The plain honesty that these two share has my heart, and that is what brings the unflinching trust. Aryan's pain was palpable and it was so heartening to see Imlie understand and solve the situation so quickly so that Aryan didn't have to suffer any more in his time of need. The whole conversation and the internal thoughts around seeking comfort while still maintaining promises was totally aww-worthy. Just inherently AryLie!
I think part 3 to this one may come soon. Might not be what is expected after all the sweetness and understanding 😉😉
A showdown, you mean? Why not, actually! 😆

Thanks for the tag (for part 2) and I see you edited the title so thank you!
will come back in a bit to read!
loved it! so well written 👏
Ek toh tag mat Karna tum.
Long essay ensuing :
I am so in two ways with Aru's growing feelings in the show, and Imlie's subconscious 'chosing' of him again and again. I am almost weary thinking about the ways in which it could unfold in the show
Seeing Imlie chose Aryan explicitly in your AU is such a relief, tbh.
No questions asked, even when Aru must have armed himself in an anticipatory barrage of questions and accusations from her. It's so so heartwarming and heartbreaking simultaneously.
Not only did she choose him with no doubts, but she also understood him. All her steps towards him will be conscious from now on. ❤️
Never going to let me live that down, are ya?!
YEP.
Essay ensued btw.
Where is your essay?

😃 Trying to keep life simple and people sane.
Re-reading this and man, you do create magic. Your each piece has such a pull, it's pretty damn irresistible. Already loved the progression of the story, and the growth of the characters from these OS's and TS's to Full Circle yet can't help but applaud the forethought that must have required and the little nuances you seamlessly inserted like Imlie's attraction towards Aryan and how Aryan instantly knew what it was. From the first wedding night, you authentically portrayed their growth to today where they accepted that they smoosh (?!) for the lack of a better word or how Imlie plasters herself to him. Just acceptance without any drama, and new feelings unfurl. So refreshing for real. Loved Imlie's unconditional trust as well, Aryan deserves that but his fears were not unfounded, so glad how you portrayed his insecurities as well. And of course, how Imlie handled Arru, that was chef's kiss. Really some brilliant bit of writing M ! Waiting to read more from you. Thank you for these beautiful pieces of your creativity that you share with us.
