first bold.. yes thats another aspect.. i dint think it from his perspective.. the way he taunts adi about breaking happiness and hosla if him doing same makes no sense all his big big lines abt Adi... he has proved he is different and am sure he will be different when it comes to that level of force...

all one year of torture will be wasted with no lessons learnt if Imlie accepts that very same mistake she did then..... it might be just 1 year in time but she has learnt lessons of a lifetime ..

and i am happy someone thinks like abt his force marriage.. still if makers had to give they wiil give but i wont be happy with that.

Would we find it more acceptable if he tried all ways in his power to stop the marriage but somehow situations don't favor him.. you know typical cliche like no mobile network, other person unavailable....

Then they sit down and discuss that this is best course action and mutually decid ethe boundaries for this marriage - forced still in their terms?

There is lot of other potential storylines for this duo, than they going the same repeat telecast.

When that show ATBA in story-wise got a beating, did some research as that serial had a potential of a 5 year run of "out of syllabus" marriage of a village belle who wanted to be highly qualified and work and fulfill her father's dream

got to know Ved Raj has a long association with Gul PH, then had his own production house

and he still is Gul's story writing department

Both these shows were launched end Oct 2020 too ... similarities are plenty.

currently storyline too in a broader framework is the same [re-marriage to an ex, there it was fake marriage with an ex]

I used to watch both shows till here the Maharathi had 2 wives, while there he stopped it in the last phera.

Still in between used to watch this show as many of the cast here had great actors.

Always wanted to come to this forum, but pages fly in super sonic speed.

@bold.. and here i always found the similarities so uncanny.. how come premises is soo same. it feels like same stories but wit different characters.. now as you explained it made sense to me... why i always had this deja vu while i switch between 2...

To be honest I don't want a forced marriage for them but still a little part of me wants to see how things would play out between them if it indeed did happen. In fact I can't help but think about it even more now. What if the villagers threaten to kill Imlie and Aryan offers to marry her to save her life à la the way she did with Babusaheb? That would be a perfect symmetry. Imlie would get to metaphorically walk in BS' shoes.

I could see a full scale rebellion from Imlie after that (crashed cars included) especially if she expressed a desire to die than get married again and Aryan still went and married her. What I am curious about is Aryan's reaction. Dude's in denial but he is more than halfway to being in love with her. Also Narmada and maybe to a lesser extent Arpita would welcome their marriage even if forced... Oh and the Tripathis, how would they react?

contract marriage.. lol he already gave rent agreement we can have same kind of Marriage agreement in his diary...

yes to a point that no overdramatic deeds to force that moment of discussion.. it should be believable for me

He was a theatre artist too, so the naunces of the character is well caught and delivered by him

Even the people of PD won't make the same mistake twice because they forced a marriage upon their own child and sent her off to the big city practically alone which ended in a divorce within a year. I don't think even NN would repeat this.

Why would they give AryLie the same story as AdiLie especially after the revamp? It's unfair to the relationship that AdiLie shared. It would dilute their story, their beginnings, their progression as characters.

Really want him to feel the emptiness in his life with her not around him

then that kashmkash in him should I get married for the benefit of what I feel for her or for only protecting her ?
