To be honest I don't want a forced marriage for them but still a little part of me wants to see how things would play out between them if it indeed did happen. In fact I can't help but think about it even more now. What if the villagers threaten to kill Imlie and Aryan offers to marry her to save her life à la the way she did with Babusaheb? That would be a perfect symmetry. Imlie would get to metaphorically walk in BS' shoes.

I could see a full scale rebellion from Imlie after that (crashed cars included) especially if she expressed a desire to die than get married again and Aryan still went and married her. What I am curious about is Aryan's reaction. Dude's in denial but he is more than halfway to being in love with her. Also Narmada and maybe to a lesser extent Arpita would welcome their marriage even if forced... Oh and the Tripathis, how would they react?

Tripathi's are forcing themselves on imlie's life imo.... Jab adi-imlie ka rishta khatam toh imlie and Tripathi's have no say in her life... They can have familiarity meet and greet realtion that's it!

I don't think imlie will be rebellion mode because she knows pd people more than aryan that's the reason she married adi the first time so she will appreciate him stepping in just to help her.

Though she might not be ready to accept this marriage as she was the last time ... So some boundaries are in order.

Why would they give AryLie the same story as AdiLie especially after the revamp? It's unfair to the relationship that AdiLie shared. It would dilute their story, their beginnings, their progression as characters.

exactly.. we are seeing so much contrast between Adi being Idiot and Aru no idiot so they wont end up making Aru anything remotely similar to adi

Oh yeah definitely more acceptable and in line with their characterizations at least. As long as they don't show Aryan being majboor and accepting a forced marriage simply because he is supposedly Imlie's new "bf." I am not a fan of forced marriages. It's done to death. If the two had a chance to discuss it and mutually agree based on their own terms then we at least retain Imlie's growth and Aryan's strength of character.

Ideal PD track would be that it shuts all doors to AdiLie and the people of PD bless Imlie to continue on her path to success with the help of her mentor Aryan.

yes i am all in.. add some of their usual bickering and fun and that looks like a deal to me.. let them talk as they do fight as they do and sort it out just like they hav done so far...
