Uff, I eyerolled my way through the *happy* Tripathy memories scene. I feel for Aryan to watch this repeat bidaai, but he gets 50 lakhs.

I can actually imagine Adi going to Pagdandiya for his assignment and the folks there forcibly questioning him as to why he divorced Imlie and him laying all the blame on Imlie and Aryan. Arylie could then be asked if not coerced into coming to Pagdandiya and forced to marry at gunpoint.

Pre-Adini's wedding some, if not all of us, were convinced that Arylie were themselves gonna get hitched because of some compulsion but we couldn't think what compulsion. Maybe this is it.

I don't think the creatives have any intention of letting all the foreshadowing, symbolisms and premarital rituals that Arylie had go to waste. Also there would be some kind of symmetry in how both Adilie and Arylie start the difference being in how events play out after that. Things would be the same but different.

Few days back it was circulating in twitter how it'd be if it was Aryan and imlie who got married in pd at start of the show!

That could be a great way to contrast the show from the start!

Just that I hate another forced marriage for A N Y O N E at this point

I was thinking the exact same thing during this discussion. I mentioned in a previous thread that FK was likely selected for this role so quickly due to the similarities between the two shows.
