It actually is their style, they showed pregnancy promo way before the episode aired, their strategy is to rile up the audience and keep them busy guessing if it is real or not. We're doing just that - discussing if it happened or not.

How did SM allow Adi to marry Malini when it was her wish to unite Adilie

Why did SM make Imlie stay in T house as servant and bear Adi torture when she herself made them share kismet

Why did SMa allow Malini to arape Adi in front of her - front seta view in fact of rape - esp when her bait put her there for protection?

Given all the kaands SM let happen - this is probably a reason for Aryan to come in - explain his lack of emotions that Imlie will help thaw and opportunity for drama later on when Arylie is all good. They will want Imlie to suspect Aryan's motives and drag out a track with this.
