For me it was the car driving scene. He handed over something he clearly loved over to her to help her learn and lead. That's a very secure man who can make sacrifices and take second position to a woman to encourage her to dream. I thought it was very powerful. Then when she panicked about the wind-shields, he turned it off like he was right there to support her. He always stands behind her like a pillar of support.

For me it was Imlie driving skills, Jaise ki intial day k episode mein tha Adi was completely in awe jab usne dekha Imlie tractor chalakar aati to save SK and his men jinke kabze mein adi bhi tha.

After adilie marriage and adi's love realisation ,jab adilie C house se laut rahe the toh Imlie ko Adi ne car bhi theek se choone nahi diya aur bola baad mein sikha dega. Despite knowing Imlie's curiosity about car.

Now coming to Aryan, Imlie ne sirf ek baar bola ki gaon mein hum tractor chalat rahe khet mein..... Bas yeh ek line aur Aryan ne jhat se pakad li uski driving capability,if she can drives heavy vehicle like tractor toh definitely she can drive this Mrs lambigaadi .

Ek hai Dev 2 jisne Imlie ko baad mein bolke baat kaay gaya and we all know uske baad kya kya hua Whereas Aryan ne Imlie ki driving skills ko aur jyada polished kardiya. If you can do that then definitely you can do this too qnki tum toh nahi badli bas gaadi badli hai.

See the contrast in two men one is aww ahh uff k siwa kuch nhi kiya jabki dusre ne Imlie ki baat instantly pakad li ki woh khud ki jaan aur maal dono Imlie k bharose rakh kar Imlie ko motivate kiya.

Edit- Additing little more to that, Adi ne khud apne aankhon se imlie ki driving dekhi thi still meh he was jab car sikhane ki baat aayi jabki Aryan ne sirf ek baar suna aur action le liya.

Issliye ab mujhe Aryan bohut jyada pasand❤️❤️❤️ hai who knows how to polish and upgrade Imlie' s personality without losing the identity. Jaise Aryan ne pehle bhi bola tha,woh Imlie k life mein pehla insaan hai jo idiot nahi hai

One of my favourites is of AryLie at the breakfast table at Rathore house. The phisarpatti episode.

Their entire interaction at the breakfast table was lovely but a small thing here was also how Imlie mentioned she likes noodles and hadn't noticed them. She referred to the incident where he'd taught her to use chopsticks but still proceeded to eat with her hands. This time Aryan didn't react on that because they were amongst family. This one especially stood out for me because during the chopsticks episode people had gone on a rant about how Aryan should accept her for how she is and not ask her to change. But it is one thing to behave as you will amongst people and another to do so in the comfort of one's home. He cared to correct her and teach her during the party because she was being mocked at but didn't care how she chose to eat at home because it didn't bother him as much personally.

Banda even walked out with the bowl of noodles so that she could have in the car if she was still hungry. 😆

That was my favourite detail of that scene! He still wants her to eat and though everyone including him knew that she is just waisting time (procrastinating) in the case that she was still hungry he took the bowl with him. It is a small gesture but it is so thoughtful and os considerate!

It also seems like she unconsciously walks towards him. The two of them have this unwritten/unsaid connection that draws them towards each other. Aryan also knows exactly when to walk along with her (as seen in this scene) and when to stop her in her tracks (esp when she is walking away in despair).

@bold red: I was thinking about that as well. Aditya and his family just scream PSYCHOTIC, BIPOLAR, MANIC, DEPRESSIVE, AND REGRESSIVE to me.

- They all have this mentality that once a woman marries someone she has no right to love or marry someone else. Their dining table conversations are just plain annoying tbh.. why do they have to keep dishing about her the whole time? why not take the time to discuss about your soon-to-be full psychotic son who is showing absolutely no respect for a woman he supposedly loves and is marrying another just to blow off steam and make her jealous. Why don't you guys go ahead and give him some "Sanskar" which he clearly is lacking? Then the thought that she would never leave Adi for some else...WTF??? Like which century are these people from? Regardless of the century, she has the full right to move on as she is no longer married and is definitely not your property that you can decide who she can be with and who she cannot.

- Friendship for these people has like levels:

  1. Female friends - OK
  2. Male friend(s) of below or of same so-called level/standard/aukad as her - No problem, OK
  3. Male friend(s) who is better than their son, respects her and every other woman, shows their son what a jerk he is and is rich - NO NO NO NO, Paap kar rahi hain, Chakkar chal raha hain

Aaj adi ko isse bhi problem hogaya aur fir baat jakey stopped at Aryan pe . Sundar bhi list se gaya.

Thanks fore creating this! And thanks for the tag!

For me the most under rated Arylie scene would be the payal pocketing scene. I know in light of the whole 'cute lag rahi ho' this part was overshadowed but I loved it. It is classic for a man to pocket jewellery of the woman he loves/will love in not only iTV but also bollywood. I don't know something about Fahmaan and the whole scene made it so beautiful. Of course special mention to the bg score jaaniya 😉

It was very significant but underrated that Aryan put a stop to today's cringe PDA of berozgar ki part-time pati-full-time-ex and the best fraand. Despite how much it is romanticised to not be weak and work despite every emotion, Aryan knows the difference between pushing Imlie to move on and traumatising her. People here say that he's rude and doesn't accept her as she is, but this shows that he, in fact, does and immensely cares for her well being

P.S Honestly Aditya is more jealous and vicious because Aryan is better than him. He doesn't have the same reaction to Sundar or for that matter Imlie's childhood friend.

@brown : yas.. !! That moment adi and imlie walking away from eachother with malini and Aryan by their sides is a very powerful scene. It clearly says their paths won't meet for a long time now.

@blue : exactly... The thing about Aryan is he choses his moments of response/reaction and even people on who he spends it

Imho, Sundar, too, is a better person than Aditya. His masculinity is not that toxic. And, he actually understands Imlie's fears, aspirations, hopes far better than Ts because of the class disparity. Imlie' went from their charity case to their son's need. But Sundar sees her individuality and cherishes her. True friend.

And Aryan (ki didi) usse bhi le jayenge.

This is one of my favourites as well. He challenges her, pushes her past her comfort level so she can grow, to face her fears. That he so easily got out and told her - if someone does something you don’t like, do it yourself and better!

😂😂😂

This detail had me. I loved it so much 😂 It’s not even like it was a small bowl or something, dude picked up a fricken daunga and was like let’s go.

I just find that I can watch their scenes on repeat and then pick up a new little detail that makes me love them even more.
