Relationship one sided toh nahi hota hai... Obviously both were at fault so relationship fell apart.

And if the character gives same reactions in similar situation over time to character growth kaise hogi.

Degrading adi to glorify Aryan can be true... But the cause for that is GM's other commitments, they need to run the show even if the actor has now got better opportunities.
