1. Makers have churned the most from Malini-Adi-Imlie angle . To stretch this drama they need to bring a new angle and a plot connected to this new triangle.

Hello, Hii..I was away the whole day today, just returned home and when I opened IF I had this interesting question notification..

So without further ado, here is my reason why I feel Aryan and Imlie are / could be the end game...

*Going by the symbolism in the show, I think there are high chances of AryLie happening.. The hints shown are totally ITV cliche, but these hints often work...

*Be it when Aryan met Imlie for the first time, or Aparna's prayers for Imlie, or the times when Aryan is there at the right place, at the right time to rescue and teach Imlie life lessons, while it should have been Aditya, but Aryan is there always.. Aryan reaches out to Imlie first and seeing that Aryan's character is taking the center stage, I feel Aryan and Imlie will happen..

*Aparna and Narmada's conversation in the Temple, where Aparna told Narmada to make the khatti meethi ladki her son's bride. This convo further adds to my belief that AryLie are happening for sure..

*Next is Aryan's character arc is like a lead and not a supporting character.. If the writers did not want to go the Aryan-Imlie route, they would never have incorporated his back story and Aryan's family in the picture..Here they have given Aryan's character a whole new setup and they are showing Imlie and him bond organically..Yes they are mere acquaintances right now, but he cares for her and she is curious about him and with this the writers are piquing the viewers interest towards AryLie...

*Next is when Imlie is down and out, Aryan indirectly lifts her spirits up, he lets her be..He is there for her yet he doesn't crowd her with his presence.. And the way the Aryan and Imlie story is being written, adding little nuances making them stand out, I really think they are bound to happen..

*The most important point is, as a woman of today I cannot imagine going back to a man who not only questions the character of the woman he claims to love, but also publishes an obituary announcing the end of his relationship, making the world demean and look down upon the woman he claims to love.. This is beyond redemption, and it is solely my opinion.. So it is either going to Imlie staying alone or it is going to be AryLie..And my gut feel is titling to the later, Aryan and Imlie are bound to happen sooner or later...

*And last but not the least, Imlie's wedding Saree burnt, this is again hugely symbolic..While her saree burnt, she then wore Aryan's coat over it - This was like Imlie is losing one relationship and gaining another (Aryan)..That is how I saw the scene..

So going by the hints, symbolisms, the way the situations are turning out, I think they are favorable towards AryLie!!

I think Aryan/Imlie is definitely happening and will be endgame over Imlie/Aditya because that is what the show has been hinting towards. There's so much potential with an Aryan/Imlie love story. So much to explore. It's not by chance that this is so.

Honestly the more I think on it, the more I believe that the revenge angle was only added to give Aryan a slight edge. For us to feel torn whether this new person would be good or bad for Imlie. From a certain perspective some of his actions could be construed revenge driven, but other actions are so very far from revenge that I forget that angle even exists.

@bold: I believe the revenge angle will not be as strong as the urge to defend Imlie from Aditya will come into play here. He has started but slowly this protectiveness will grow for her because he is witness to the trauma Imlie is undergoing. It just reinforces his anger against Aditya and his irresponsible reporting of incidents. And the more Aditya spirals and hurts Imlie, the more his antenna will be up to keep Imlie within his security net, is what I perceive here. On one hand, he wants to empower her for sure, but behind the scene, he wants to reinforce all boundaries, that the likes of Malini and Aditya cannot bruise her emotionally any further.

Just watching some clips from the Aryan/AryLie drive && I just realized something that I'm not sure was mentioned.

When Imlie cleans Aryan's car - a bird poos on his windshield. I don't know if it's a universal thing but it's said a bird pooing on you, your shoulder, etc is a sign of good luck. Imlie tells Narmada when she wakes up from passing out that the bird was interfering with her internship BUT maybe it was a sign that good things were to come.

There was also another bhagwan-wali imagery. Narmada is praying to Krishna bhagwan for light to enter her home and their lives ... && BAM Aryan is carrying Imlie and as soon as that wish is said the string lights turn on.

Another imagery I saw and contemplated was from a VM posted on main page that depicts Imlie leaving T house. There are reverse pagla as she leaves. It makes me think that Imlie embodies something that is good, pure and light. By leaving T house and having her footsteps shown when officially entering Aru's home ... it symbolizes that whomever becomes a part of her life will be blessed or benefited.

There is that song: "Tere Dwar Khada Bhagwan" which tells us not to blindly turn or scorn anyone away because we don't know in which form divinity will approach us

Loved everyone's discussion about Arylie's symbolism as an endgame.

Like many mentioned I too get the Maan Geet vibe from Arylie.

There were so many symbolism for those two as a future couple that it has gotten me hooked on this show.

- The scene of her red feet leaving T's house and then her red feet entering R's house was awesome❤️ and gave me so much hope for those two

- Aryan putting the ID tag around Imlie (although it was more like- congratulations and here is your award type of scene)

- Mithi saying that "hum sita mayya se mannat mange hain ke tohar saalgira par woh kuch aisan kar de ki tohar bhaag phir se khul jaye". 👏

- The two mothers discussion in the temple and Aparna ji unknowingly suggesting to get Aryan married to Imlie.

Gul behen yeh sab sach karde toh accha hain warna main to tata bye bye karke chali.

I feel like this statement opens up two possibilities: 1) Aryan and Imlie coming to a deeper understanding and experiencing everything we’ve been contemplating in our posts OR 2) maybe Adi hitting the lowest of lows & having an intervention can finally start his redemption track.

Option 2 is a rough ride and to be honest causes me to scrutinize the AdiLie trajectory more so then I would for AryLie. On anniversary day, if I expected Adi to finally break and have a realization or all the truths to finally make sense to him, then it was anticlimactic. Adi has a very very long way to go before he reaches his lowest low- in fact, it seems as if his descent is just gaining steam 🤔
