lol he is a human. Lol Malini is technically his wife still😆 in papers. What happened is marital rape. There r so many people who have kids from different wives/hus. One from who they were not in love with. Then they fell in love with other woman marry had kid. But the love for children remains same. They r part of them. They don't think child came from two different woman. It's his/her children. Waise the unborn child is Adis. There is no distinction that kid is from Malini or Imlie. As of now he believes there is a child. He don't know if he loves that child but he cares for that child🤔
See this is where I'm not clear - Mr Desai said Imlie is his first wife in court...so that automatically takes Malini's status as second wife negated? Bigamy is not accepted in India. So how is she his wife on paper...that paper is now null and void. She is no longer his wife..if Imlie was acknowledged as first wife in court.

I am not a lawyer but here are some points and would be glad to be corrected.
1. Marriage under influence of force or when not in a conscious state or without consent by any one partner is not considered valid. Hence, technically, Aditya-Imlie's marriage is not valid.
2. Aditya-Malini's marriage, on the other hand, was with consent of both, had lawful witnesses (not forceful), in a conscious state and registered in the court of law. Hence, technically, this is the only valid marriage.
3. If Imlie so desired, she could have lodged a complaint in the court of law but that would have to be only against Aditya and would have to prove both her and Aditya's consent at the marriage at the time.
This would be challenged by Malini as betrayal and infidelity by both Imlie and Aditya which could easily be proved.
4. When the lawyer mentioned first wife, Aditya should have been booked for Bigamy which strangely did not happen. (Here I am not sure if it requires one of the parties: Imlie or Malini to officially file the case or not).

Aivayin types ka episode...but I guess expected that for a Monday. What amused me was the level of teasing they did in this episode to subdue the current dismal track. 😆

Despite that it was quite heartening to see Imlie enthusiastic for the internship at Bhaskar times and AKT excited to welcome Imlie at Bhaskar times! Tomorrow Imlie will wipe that smug look on Kalini that she was carrying around today. Prof Chaturvedi's manipulations are of another level only. Even her colleagues blindly trust her..!!
Did they get this internship track to relieve us, mollify us- from Kalini ka pregnancy kaand? If they did, badi meherbani! I will take it.
