So today the best bahu competition ended finally with Imlie winning the🏆. But it was a hollow victory for her & Adi because they never cared about society's approval. They cared about their elders approval which they still haven't got. So despite of winning against all odds, the win was not a win for Imlie today.

The makers truly gave the most fitting conclusion to this track by showing how fickle the society's interests & opinions are & how one should never consider it as the be all & end all for conducting their lives.

Imlie has always been an exemplary bahu because she has considered her in laws as her own family since day 1 & cared for them above & beyond her own happiness & self respect. When she quit the competition because she couldn't see her MIL suffering deliberately she proved that once again. And her simple kindness of offering a glass of water to Mrs. Arora flipped the perception of Mrs. Arora towards Imlie. She realised what she had seen from day 1 since the competition was announced that Imlie indeed was the best bahu because she cared for her family so damn much. She had been insulting Imlie & her in laws for her naukrani status but today she envied Aparna for having a DIL like Imlie.

It was the elder Ts who came out looking as petty people in the eyes of the society now. They were using the society's negative perception against Imlie but now they have lost even this defense. Now it is only their stubbornness & hurt of betrayal that is standing against Imlie.

I loved that today Adi got to be called on stage as the husband of Mrs. Imlie Tripathi, the winner. That day Aparna had locked Adi in his room so that he could not stand on stage as Imlie's husband but today he was invited to join in his wife's win. Too good. Adi gesturing Imlie to hold her 🏆high was such a good call back to Imlie holding his award❤️.

I just loved the small winning speech that Imlie gave. She mentioned that if she had come as a woman seeking job in the city she would have no shame in accepting the title of a naukrani if that was her honest designation. But the fact of the matter is that she never was the naukrani. It was never her wish to be forcefully married & come to the city. But fate got her married to Adi & since that day she has been only trying to care for Adi & his family. I liked her dialogue about rishte bante uppar hai par unhe nibhana niche padta hai. She only entered the competition to bring back the honor to her family & winning the 🏆 never mattered to her. Winning the forgiveness & hearts of her elders is the thing that matters to her.

The Ts finally left with their mask still put on but the younger Ts came to celebrate Imlie's win & to remind her that they will always be their with her as her support & family.

It was such a random bit that came on screen so unexpectedly that I burst out laughing🤣.

Arey watch the epi aaram se whenever you get up after resting. Nothing really that great happened. It was a decent start of the week epi.

I am curious to read the second half of the eoisode analysis from you - if you plan to write in detail about didi that is.😆

You know I was also thinking, AC intending to harm Aditya might be the trigger that didi needed to step away from her mom- she might reach out to KC as usual and this is prob how their story might start- I know bizarre prediction lol but still a possibility 😆

We also got a small Adi-Imlie scene in the kitchen.

Imlie was taking some honey for Aparna & Adi asked her to take the 🏆 with her as well.

He wanted her to give it to Aparna as a reminder that the 🏆was not a symbol of her victory but her failure. To remind them that Imlie cares about her family above her own hurt & self respect as well. His mother has forgotten that.

We also got a call back to Imlie extracting the honey scene.

Then the next track got introduced with Adi getting a call from his editor. Boss babu informed him that they had printed Adi's terrorist cell story that day & the office has been receiving threatening calls since then. So he warned him to be careful.

Imlie asked Adi about why he was asking Boss babu to remain satark & to take care. Adi replied that this was his job's daily ke jhamela & he is frightened about his mom more than any goons or terrorists.

In the precap we saw Adi being sacked & being kidnapped. Imlie as usual was a witness to it. We also had AC conversing with some goons on call that she wants to hear the hurt & breaking of someone's bones & ego as well.

So this AC angle is weird. Achanak se why she wanted to kidnap Adi & break his bones?!🤓 There was no hint of her animosity for Adi specifically in today's epi as well. In fact her vitriol is always targeted towards Imlie. It would have made more sense if she had kidnapped & harmed Imlie. Let's see what the makers want to show.

Now let me come to the 5 mins Loservedis ki bakwaas that I decided to jhelo I don't know for what reason😆. When will I learn to just save myself from the vile thinking of the loser Ma-Beti ki jodi😡.

AC was trying to instigate Didi against Imlie once again. But this time she used a new tactic. She declared that people like Imlie & Meethi get away with snatching their husbands because of their poverty & bechargi. They make a big hoopla about how they are poor becharis who got taken advantage of to manipulate people like Didi so that they give up their rights because they feel bad for them🥺🤪.

My God. I just cannot with the vileness & disgust that is filled in this woman😡. And she is indoctrinating the same in her daughter who already is quite a bit like her. Even the losing bahu Prachi made Imlie's bechargi the reason for her winning. Oh these poor delicate society dolls🤢. They are such losers who just cannot accept the reality that someone is actually better than them despite not belonging to their status. Because muqabla toh barabari walo main hota hai. If that is so then why the hell did you try your level best to make Imlie lose AC in some petty small society event?! As per you, you are way above Imlie to do any muqabla with her so why did you do that?😡 Pathetic loser woman🤢. She couldn't get her way in making Imlie lose so she is now trying to instigate her own daughter to fight Imlie.

I think she did really touch a nerve in Didi today with her point about how could Adi fall in love with a naukrani. This is the thinking of Didi as well. Her own superiority complex does not allow her to imagine a scenario in which Adi could genuinely fall for Imlie when he had her as his wife. So now she may latch onto this vile excuse that her mother has come up with to justify fighting for her rights for Adi against Imlie. No matter that Adi has made it crystal clear to her a 100 times that he loves Imlie & wants to be her husband. Just like her mom who is still stuck like a leech to her loser father, she wants to stick to Adi as well.

But will the makers actually dare to show Didi having guts to make some moves?! Because we all have known about her cheap thinking since a long time now but what she actually lacks is the guts to actually act upon her own vile thoughts. She prefers to play the role of mahaan bechari woman & firing from other people's shoulders rather than getting her own hand dirty. So let's see what the makers decide to do with her character.

I don't know about your prediction man. I would have bought into it if Didi actually loved Adi. But we know that she is just plain obsessed with him. So don't know if knowing that her mom tried to harm Adi would make her finally step away from her.

Great analysis as always lodestar - coming to AC wanting to harm Adi - my first thought was AC planning his kidnap and as MB suggested precaps could be misleading , it got me thinking along the same lines as you - AC harming Imilie makes more sense than AC harming Adi- and I thought ok she was giving instructions to someone to harm Imilie but she is referring to the person she wants to hurt in masculine tense - so I am confused on who actually kidnaps Adi lol .

Didi will remain mahaan & retain her Devi status. I have no doubts about it.

I think we will get a clarity about who kidnapped Adi tomorrow only. I still cannot fathom AC kidnapping Adi so suddenly. If they had shown some direct confrontation between AC-Adi today then it would have made more sense. But she did refer to the person as he so God knows AC ke ghatiya dimaag main kya chalta hai?!

ML track ke predictions are the bane of my existence right now🤢. I don't know why people are hell bent into twisting every damn track into a ML track😡. What use will there be of a ML track currently? Koi sense hi nahi banta. Just because original main hua tha toh yaha bhi hoga aisa zaroori toh bilkul nahi hai.

Imlie is a very different show than the original IK. The makers have already made sweeping changes to the storyline & characters since very early. So I don't know why fandom is stuck on some bullshit ML track. All day people complain about writers only showing Imlie suffering. Then why the hell do they want her to suffer more with Adi having a ML?!😡

Such fake feminist morcha nikalnewali fandom hai yeh. Just ignore them. We will jhelo a ML track when they actually show it. Abhi ke liye I can only speculate on what is being shown in the show itself. I don't care ki original main kya falana dhimkana hua tha😵😡.

I just posted jn spoilers thread - didi is back with her MS and Sindoor- lol maybe she will retaliate- who knows 😆 Interesting week for sure ha ha
