I am actually happy we got what we got and there was nothing else..if you see it is technically only adi imlie who played holi.. I wouldn't have wanted it Any other way.. and am happy we got such a beautiful small scale unique holi nothing like the typical same stuff we get everywhere .. this was such a different holi I have never seen itni pyari si simple holi with full feel

I know right, I still cannot stop gushing over that whole sequence especially the song with no bhaang.

Yup so in a way all this has turned a blessing for us😆

There were some gems from Imliya today:

First off she tells BS and reminds him of his age.. LOL 🤣

• aap theek tho hain, ee umar mein yeh sab karna aapko sobha nahi detha hai
• Itne bade reporter ho gaye lekin nahi, aapka singh katayake ... bachha bana ke chaahat hain ka, good night madam, good morning what madam, ee sab kareke chaahat hain aap?
• Ab bathroom ke pehle humri permission chahiye ka, jaayiye aur so jaayiye

She takes him on so nicely and the poor hubby is kind of petrified.. 🤣🤣 He was sulking like a ziddi bachha here and Imlie called him out on it 🤣

• hame patha hi nahi ki hame kya hua hai. theek hai tum so jao aur subah milte hain.😆

Also in the family drama :

• jubaan bahut hi tej chalaawat hain
• chinchpokli se BK ke pharmaaish aawat hain
• Dhruv bhaiya ki pharmaaish aawat hai timbuktu se (she really did use the word timbuktu - I am impressed and in awe of Imliya 🤣🤣)

At Adi who set right the place mats in order to divert Malini that got displaced when he vaulted across the table.. 🤣

Just like how both were talking over the bag of clothes and one taking it out, other gleefully stuffing with clothes. 🤣 I just loved how natural the whole thing was, so in tandem. 🤣

Oh absolutely! That entire conversation before running was hilarious. First of all, it is absurd that they have put her in a corner out in the open and they still end up having the conversations that they do 😆 Like ghar ke andar nahin, ghar ke baahar servants quarters ho jahaan kisiko kuch sunayi na de 😆 And they make them run all over the place without anyone hearing anything. They also displace stuff near the dining table and almost get caught. That vachan never stood a chance 🤣

Aditya did not want to leave. Like at all 😆 and Imlie zeroed in on emotion sickness immediately. She knows him so well. And the dialogues, man they have always given her such good lines and using it with full haq on him was all kinds of cute. And his expressions 🤣

The dhulayi that she did to the family also was so comical. Looks like it will be followed up with a men trying to cook session. Although it looked like a filler , I think that part was/is being shown to bring out the differences between Malini and Imlie. Malini does whatever work in the kitchen as token display only. And even when she is in there is oblivious to what’s happening around her to anyone else. Whereas Imlie, who is supposedly the servant, is actually aware of the going-ons to the extent that she actually takes steps to resolve the problem at hand. For someone who is 19 and brought up by a single mother, she knows what families need more than Malini who has the socially acceptable standards of a family. She did this during Valentine’s Day as well. Does not know much about it but still knows enough to tell the women what they should do differently.

These makers have got this show on the dot so far.

Very late to the gush session but I just have to get it out of my system.

Firstly, someone probably already mentioned it but I love how pious the Adi-Imlie equation is, in spite of their intensity of their feelings for each other. Dono ek dusre ke saath bilkul bachche ban jaate hai. *pulls their cheeks*❤️ On an unrelated note, after Nishant left, perhaps Adi felt obligated to grow up too fast and the carefree facet of Adi got left behind. This partly explains why he felt an instinctive ease with innocent & childlike Imlie his first time in PD. It would be interesting if they addressed this in the show going forward. Anyway, I digress.😆

Here goes my gush session.😆 I’m going to gush about both the holi door scene and yesterday’s chase scene.

Firstly, on the door scene. Did you guys notice Babusahib kitne sur aur taal ke saath gaana gaa rahe the.😆It was beautiful how Adi’s feelings for Imlie transmuted (not sure if this the right word) into sur & elevated his quality of singing.❤️ Woh kehte hai na, sacche pyaar ka noor was reflecting on their faces and in their voices too. And their beaming smiles, ahhh. Leaning into each other...and in the spur of the moment how Adi put colour on her. It was also so spontaneous and natural, they had no hosh of their surroundings at all. Just beh gaye without feeling an inch of remorse or guilt, because they both are so saaf dil. I like that their guilt re Malini doesn’t impede their comfort level & affection for each other. They are both clear in their minds that there is nothing wrong in their affection for each other as husband and wife, they just don’t want to hurt a third person in the process.

Secondly, on the chase scene. Please bear with me if the following is repetitive, I just have to gush.😆 How DREAMY & ETHEREAL was this, woowww. Pehle toh the lighting created this perfect ambience. Then these two victims of emotion sickness running around completely uninhibited, without any awareness of place or circumstance. 😆 Nothing could be a greater expression of the ability of love to set you free. Make you want to RELISH life by savouring carefree moments with your beloved. It was also so cute how they were trying l to prolong their time with each other, hahah. Babusahib DID NOT want to leave his Jhalli, and Imlie obliged him with this prank. And he just loved it.❤️ As you said, he just lives for the thrill of chasing his Jhalli. Warna toh usski zindagi jhand hai.😆

I’m glad we’re getting such lovely scenes in the midst of the Malini related drama, I’m a satisfied viewer. :)

I was rewatching the scenes from the day of Imlie's birthday, and honestly I feel like that is what may have cemented Imlie's need to give up for Malini. Not only the fact that Malini made that (quite lovely) cake for her which was made with the same laddoos(?) her mom would make her but also the way she tells Imlie that she's very deserving of her dadi's love. It definitely would be extremely kind for a 19-yr-old who was feeling sad about her own NN's feelings of her being a "shraap".

Also everything AC says to her after that, "what's my daughter's will never be hers" etc. etc. that probably sunk into Imlie's subconcious too.

Just a thought since we were all kind of wondering why exactly Imlie is saying that Malini was first to apnao her..

Waise from the precap it seems like only Adi, Imlie & Malini went for the pooja at the Chaturvedis.

Why would Imlie go along with Adi Malini to C house when other family members are also not there? That is so strange.

Maybe Malini took her along because I don't think Imlie herself or Adi would want her to go to C house to face AC's insult.

Or maybe Imlie might have been invited by DC & Dadi.

On BTS - yeah, how many times did they have to rehearse say even bringing that chair in between and then Aditya moving it out of the way to then jump over the table 😆

+1. They are balancing that sensitivity beautifully right now despite the awkward situation they are in. I would love to see a scene where Adi shows her around the room again and she asks him questions about the things in his room. I also feel going forward he may start discussing his work assignments with her too.


Didn’t get a chance to say this earlier but I think part of the reason they kept Adi separate from the whole crowd and reflecting about various things to himself was also cuz he had been focused until that point on just getting Imlie back to the house. Only after seeing her back in the house was he again grappling with the complexities of the problem he’s in. That’s why he was watching them all one by one and reflecting about their part in all this - Dev, Malini, Imlie.


Oh and another funny scene was AC pointing out to Malini that Adi didn’t bother coming to talk to her to make her feel good. 😆....isi obligatory feel good ke basis pe 7 years ka delusion chala hai. Ab nahin ho paa raha Adi se yeh facade to do token feel good when that will just drag on the delusion.

I'm very confused about something and I wonder if anyone can clarify... Sometimes it feels like Imlie knows her BBSB loves her, and she loves him, and other times it doesn't.

What's the whole thing between pyaar and emotion sickness? How is she differentiating between them or is she not? Didn't she tell Prakash that BBSB loves her, but then why is she saying emotion sickness now again for his majnu behavior?

This is confusing me now
