In the midst of so many drag scenes of Didi ka mopey faced pakaau drama, Adi-Imlie continue to be adorably themselves. I didn't know what to expect from the first scene we'd get of them by themselves in the house but this scene totally lived up to it😆.
Babusahib showed up to check up on how his Jhalli is settling in at night😆....and insisted she leave this little corner they've stuck her in and shift to the guest bedroom. Imlie says no😆....cuz now she's decided she wants to hide behind the naukraani label and stick to the bare necessities/status quo so that no one is suspicious that Adi is suddenly doing so many things for her😆. Yeah, we'll see how long that plan works out, Imliya😆. Adi again shares his regret for not being able to give her all that she deserves....but Imlie as always gives him perspective with a line that it doesn't matter where you sleep - whether on a mat on the floor or soft bed....as long as your conscience is clear, your mann is saaf....you will get a peaceful night's sleep.
She tells him to go sleep, but Babusahib ka mann nahin maanta to leave his Jhalli😆.....and he starts looking for excuses to loiter around - flipping through books, talking about how dusty the curtains around her bed are😆. Imliya wondering to Sita Maiyya if she gave emotion sickness to Babusahib too🤣....how CUTE is this girl.....and then Imliya deciding to pull her Babusahib's leg by asking him what all harkatein he's doing at THIS AGE🤣....ki yeh sab shobha nahin deta ki bacche bane huye ho Good Night, Good Morning karne mein busy🤣....Adi's face in response to all this....hahaha him wondering once again ki pata nahin mujhe kya hogaya hai🤣.....and then just as he turns to leave, Imlie stops him with a "Good night" and bursts out laughing😆....Adi realizing that she was pulling his leg all this while and says, "Good night ki bacchi, ab hum tumhaare kaan kheenchenge"😆......haha phir shuru hui pakdan pakdaayi all over the house....yes, these two cartoons running around in joy all over the house, totally oblivious to WHERE they are....they always find their little bubble of joy and forget their surroundings😆.....but ADORABLE visuals....lol kahaan kahaan nahin bhaage....chasing each other around pillars, around the kitchen, Imlie hiding UNDER the dining table while Adi jumps OVER it to catch her🤣. Bahut hi sweet bit tha.....before Didi turned up ofcourse and reality came crashing😆.....Adi managed to distract her and take her away from there.....leaving Imlie wondering to her Sita Maiyya ki emotion sickness ka koi ilaaj kar do please cuz na Imlie aur na uske Babusahib sambhaal paa rahi apne emotions😆.....aww poor kiddo.
Rest of the epi was a mixed bag and a filler in some ways......some scenes of Imlie settling back into the house, declaring her full rights over the whole house and everyone in it😆.....Adi reflecting on the fact ki Imlie ke aane se ghar mein jaan waapis aa gayi hai and he wasn't alone in missing her - the whole family did. Then once again, Adi thinking to himself that he probably found a best friend in Malini after Nishant left but he thought it was love....lol.....oh baap re, didi ka already downgrade ho raha hai to friendzone😆.....baaki was all Malini didi in blank robot mode making weird dukhiyaari faces. End mein one good scene of Imlie taking class of all the Tripathi men just barking demands at the poor ladies working in the kitchen....Adi ko mil gaya one more reason to admire his Jhalli😆
One thing I'm genuinely perplexed about is what "karz" Imlie keeps talking about ki Malini didi ne use sabse pehle apnaya....say WHAT?! lol wasn't that the Tripathis who first apnaaoed Imlie? Yeh kya revisionist history chal rahi hai just to justify Imlie ka tyaag mode? And jabse Imlie waapis aayi hai, Malini has barely looked at her, let alone talk to her....so on what basis is Imlie doing so much Didi jaap ki meri toh bas ek Didi hi hain? 😕😆
Next week seems like koi pooja drama hoga and Adi nibhaaoing Imlie ki kasam so sitting in pooja with Didi😆....god save us from Didi ka melodrama next week😆
