@bold: So true! This is basically 7 years of baggage bursting out.....he is taking Imlie's humiliation personally also cuz he's been put through that a lot by Mrs. C as well for a long time. But woh khud ke liye toh phir bhi thoda bahut bol leta tha taunts/sarcasm ke saath.....lekin Imlie woh sab nahin kar paa rahi in front of the Chaturvedis cuz woh lihaaz kar rahi hai unka....and it's pinching him all the more.

Ofcourse it's worth noting ki Mrs.C crossed a bigger line with Imlie by talking such cheap nonsense about her parentage, but it's still remarkable to me how Adi is treating it all as if isko khud ko kisi ne us level ka kuch bol diya ho.....the way he said, "Aapo kya khushi milti hai is ladki ko torture karke"?....it felt like it was all coming from a place where he personally felt that torture being inflicted on Imlie as if it was direct torture on him.

IDT he heard the whole thing but definately the part that iski maa ko bhi pata hai kya.. adi has always shown sensitivity about Imlie and uski parents situation rememebr the famous jail scene where he was disarmed only by her she went to look for her father and then him offereing help... he genuinly felt for this girl and respected her when SK told him the truth about her .. remember him turning the camera off as it was very personal detail not needed for him.. he is probably the only one aware of the whole Story of her parents who hasn't mocked her even once unlike even gaaonwalas and her naani.. and she has respect for that too... he doesn't judge her based on lack of her paternal name or his mother for it either.. and if ia m not overthinking she liked that ke after knowing it all too he was si friendly with his mom when she came to meet him at lodge in epi 8 or 9

I'm rewatching Adi's rant on Moon....man, that escalated QUICKLY😆

It went from, "Aap Imlie ko yahaan par GHASEET kar lekar aayi"😆....to "Humein aapse yeh ummeed nahin thi"....to "Par shaayad yehi ummeed honi chahiye thi kyunki aap bhi isi ghar mein badi hui hain jahaan paise ko aadmi se badaa samjha jaata hai"😆.....to finally the SIXER in the end...."Aap itni SELFISH kaise ho sakti hain, Moon"? 😆

Damn, Adi.....gusse mein saari mann ki baat baahar nikal aayi ki somewhere you've always wondered is Malini really that different in thinking from the Mom who's raised her in this atmosphere all her life?😆

Yup that line was esp Noteworthy.. He felt her pain so hard caz generally bhi humiliating hai but also caz he knows the whole truth and her pain regarding that and her struggle to find her baba... dusra woh iss liye bhi zyada reaction hai caz yeh toh chalo phir bhi was about to be part of the family and aall so he probably didn;t reacted strongly as in families main ho jaata hai koi na but today imli ko kuch bhi kehne ka koi haq tha hi nahi mrs C ka she is neither her naukar or family .. she was a guest she esp invited over and then she went so low... and imlie is too nice and respectful ke woh tripathis ki badnaami na ho jaaye ke liye pee bhi jaayegi ya unke liye bhi nahi toh malini didi ki respect main.. when she shouldn't have to be..

adi ke liye Imli has become so much more... and Again him taking it so personally was a testament of that... he came as the Wall uska kavach banke when she least expected it...

yup This all of this... His disappointment ke malini also turned out to be like AC it was also like his disappointment in himself too for not seeing it earlier ke she could be so selfish too and like AC hahaha.. Highlight WORD::: GHASEET kar and SELFISH... he thought of Malini exploiting that poor little imlie too and giving her yeh badla for her achaai and pyar hahah

Mixed feeling episode yes - but there was only one way this could have gone. Next track - most likely - Honeymoon track! Everyone will want to patch these 2 up :) I hope they get to Imli's college phase soon.

Also all's said and done - even though Moon protected Imli - she should have not let this abuse happen in the first place - she should have walked out of the house the minute she heard the first insult. Everytime Anu insults the family, anyone - Moon protests but still it happens....even with her inlaws - she does not firmly deal with Anu - she let's it happen and then apologizes on her behalf. She should have banned Anu from ever coming to her in laws house. I've always found it odd that Anu has been given the platform to openly insult everyone the way she has done with zero consequences - just a mere telling off everytime and then the next time again Mom jaap - 'Mom' you look beautiful' or 'Mom I love you!. I'm sure Moon has ways to correct her mother more firmly and her lack of doing that has resulted in this outburst from Adi. I loved the way Adi drew the comparison between his parents and hers. He sees the upbringing difference and suspects - Malini has that impact buried somewhere in her.

I really hope Imli goes underground in the upcoming days. I really don't want her interfering in their dynamics in any way. No more poems pls!!!

Re: AC...oh ofcourse she didn't have an an ounce of regret....she's not the type to be shamed that easily, least of all when Adi unwittingly handed her more ammo to use against him. You could literally see the wheels spinning at high speed in her mind observing Adi's entire rant, especially what all he said to Malini.....she's going to make Adi pay for all of it with interest.....lol

Dev only getting up at the very last minute to TRY and take a stand for Imlie, only to be interrupted by Adi🤣.....felt like foreshadowing....lol Dev sochta hi reh gaya puri zindagi but Adi has more guts than him to take some stand atleast.....lol

Agar Adi yeh haalat kar sakta hai AC ki,then socho ki woh kaisa band bajayega DC Ka jab adi ko sabse bada raaz Ka pata chalega? Jab DC ki raaz bahar ayega tab AC kuch kare ya na kare par aisa lag raha hai ki Adi jaroor DC ka gala dabane wala hoga.
