Yeah, I know she made that claim but point remains that she doesn't behave like a DIL in the house, she still acts like a maid doing service. So her own intention really doesn't change the truth that her status remains that of a pseudo-maid since she does maid-like tasks all day. No DIL of the house would be directed to do work as she is by everyone around that house.

There is no understanding between her and Adi on this point...he is simply letting her be, that's all. Right now they don't directly call her a maid in Tripathi house anymore so that's good enough for this limbo mode....otherwise the tasks she does all day are maid-like only....but no one really wants to dwell on that....lol

Definetly for everyone she is maid but I always thought that she did not like being called that and Tripathis do not anymore because of the relationship that’s got established.

But correct me here, why is Badke Kaka teaching her? I thought she came in the middle of the year and needs to give exam to complete her 12th grade before she can go to college but then they asked her to get the certificate from the village and she had already got a scholarship for college. So I am so confused on where exactly she is with her grade, middle of 12th or done with that...

It was a cracker of an episode today. ahhh... that smile that babusaheb gave, a slight one at that, that made me go Imlie giving that sweet smile... wah wah.. wah.. now it is full blown fikar mode from zimmedaari mode..

Plenty of layers peeling back.. who knew that Mun could get equally mad like Adi, she was in a towering rage today and as predicted.. she rebuffed all of Adi's pleas to manao her.. tit for tat...

How lovely was the convo between Dev and Imli...and how she handled AC with aplomb... It was awesome to see her handle her and not let words faze her.. All about real rishta and having a backing, name, khaandaan, khoon etc etc... Imli offering to stay back to look after Anu despite all that occurred, having lived with nakli naani giving her the thick skin to bear her taunts. it is only babusaheb's taunts that get to her and she said as much to him. The silent unspoken communication between Adilie and IMli declaring she is all of 18 years and can make her won decisions..

Nishant coming back.. AM back and still war mode with Malini, Adi looking oh so guilty and fascination for Imli... creeping up slowly... that pose on his bike when he was admiring Imli...wah wah..

LOL he just seems to be teaching her random stuff, not even something like advance things for college. I think there was a scene where Malini even pointed out that the stuff he's teaching her is not of her level, and she needs to be taught courses that are more to her education level.

Imlie being Imlie is content with any kind of teaching, chaahe it's not advancing anything for her😆. I do think she's completed her 12th since they showed her getting her final certificate and her always talking about the next step being college. Next step pata hai kya hai but phir bhi lena nahin hai 😆

Yeah, Adi has said similar stuff to her before but she thought it was just his anger.....today, other ppl like AC pointed it out and Imlie herself felt that Adi fought with Malini cuz of her....so she will step back I think.
