The episode starts with Arzoo asking Sahir to repeat what he said. Sahir tells Arzoo that he's freeing her from the fake relation that they shared. Sahir leaves from her room leaving Arzoo devastated after hearing his and faints. Everyone rushes to her and Alvira says that Arzoo might have fainted because of the injection. She tells everyone to let Arzoo rest for some time and she'll be fine. Nausheen gets worried seeing Arzoo's state.

Sahir walks outside and reaches the place where he spent his moments with Arzoo. He recalls confessing his love to Arzoo and when she had accepted him as her humsafar. Then the moment when he told her that he is already married to someone else and how Arzoo claimed that the taxi driver was better than him because his intentions were clear. Sahir sits by the step where Arzoo always sits and thinks to himself that he knows that whenever she is hurt, she goes there and that's why he is there today. He says that his heart is in pain therefore he visited the place to get some peace. He then says that peace isn't written in his destiny because she goes there to run away from the world but he's trying to run from himself. He reprimands himself for causing Arzoo pain and reminisces the time he knowingly gave Arzoo egg fried rice and says he knew that nothing would happen then but now even though indirectly; he is still the cause of her being in pain and he is guilty. Sahir thinks whatever people say about giving others what one has is true and that is why Arzoo gave him happiness and smiles but all he gave her was wounds and pain. He thinks that he isn't even worthy of being forgiven that's why he won't apologize; instead he'll pray to God that whenever he is punished for his sins then the punishment should come from Arzoo's hands. He thinks that it would have been better if Arzoo went far from him, his pain and the house because if she left; Zaki and Samaira would have gotten married. He asks himself if he stopped he stopped her from leaving because he knew Zaki would find her and bring her back no matter where she went or is it because he can't see her leaving him. He says that he can't bear seeing Arzoo hurt yet he is still the one hurting Arzoo more than anyone else. Sahir thinks that the situation they're in is strange and complicated because he can't let her get close to him and at the same time he can't let her go far from him.

Zaki is shown in asking Zara to sleep as he will sit beside Arzoo. He assures Zara that everything will be fine and tells her to get some rest. While Zaki is sitting by Arzoo's side, she turns in her sleep and holds his hand. Zaki holds her hand as well and says that he won't ever leave her hand.

Sahir tries to get some sleep and lays on his bed. He places his palm over his heart and closes his eyes. He remembers Arzoo hugging him on her birthday and he gets restless so he gets up and leaves his room.

Arzoo has a nightmare about the taxi driver's attempt to molest and gets up scared. She bawls asking Zaki to leave her hand unaware that it's him and no one else. Zaki manages to calm her down as he shakes her out of her nightmare and comforts her telling her that she's at home and everything is okay. Arzoo rests her head on his shoulder and cries. Zaki tells her that she should leave her responsibility to him and go to sleep because there's nothing to be scared of. She agrees and finally goes back to sleep, still holding Zaki's hand.

Later on in the night, Sahir walks into Arzoo's room and spots Zaki sleeping in a sitting position on her side. He walks over to Arzoo's side and gets close to Arzoo. He apologizes to Arzoo who is still sleeping and he tells her that he's responsible for whatever she is going through because he has broken her heart and caused her a lot of pain. He sees Zaki hols Arzoo's hand and he release her hand from Zaki's grip. He covers Zaki with a separate blanket and turns off the lights. He turns to leave and sees Samaira standing in anger giving him a look of disapproval. She leaves in hastily and Sahir follows her.

The next morning, Samaira goes to her father and sits beside him in tears. He asks her what happened and she says that everything is going wrong with her. Rahman tells her that until he is breathing; nothing wrong can happen to her. He asks her again what had happened and Samaira vents out her anger at him telling him everything is happening right before his eyes yet he is still unaware of what's going on. She tells him that Zaki will refuse to give his name to the child and he won't be able to do anything and when the child comes into the world without a dad then he still won't be able to do anything about it. Rahman holds her hand and promises her that she will soon get engaged to Zaki. Samaira gets happy hearing what her dad has told her.

Arzoo wakes up and searches for her phone. She looks at the time and hurriedly gets off her bed while asking Nausheen why she wasn't woken up despite knowing that she has to get ready to go to office and also prepare Sahir breakfast. She says that she is already very late and Sahir doesn't like late comers. Suddenly, she remembers the events that took place the previous night and recalls how Sahir told her that he's setting her free from the fake relation they shared. Arzoo cries and sits back on her bed. Nausheen hugs her and comforts her. Alvira enters Arzoo's room and asks her about her health and whether she slept well. Arzoo says that she's better and Alvira asks her to come out of her room and have breakfast with everyone else otherwise she'll fall sick if she stays in the room all day. Zaki then walks in and tries to make Arzoo happy. He sits beside her and tells her he has decided he will go on hunger strike with her. Arzoo tells him that she won't go on any hunger strike. Zaki tells her to consider it dieting because she needs it. Arzoo smiles lightly at his joke and Nausheen smiles with teary eyes. Zaki asks them both to go and have breakfast with them. Alvira tells Arzoo to freshen up while they wait outside for her.

Rahman paces into Sahir's room along with Samaira. He tells Sahir he's there to get answers for his questions. Sahir tells him that walking into someone's room without permission is known as bad behavior but he forgives him because he looks worried. Rahman orders Sahir to take a look at Samaira's tears. Sahir tells him that he tried his best to make Zaki agree for the wedding but he refused and he cannot force Zaki to give his consent to the relation. He apologizes and says his hands are tied and he has no way out. Rahman tells him he is Zaki's older brother, the owner of a huge company and the owner of the house but he is still unable to make Zaki agree to get married to the mother of his child. Sahir tells Rahman that Zaki has a different opinion in regards to the child. Rahman angrily points a gun at Sahir and tells him he chops off the finger that is pointed at his daughter. Sahir holds his pistol and points it directly at his own forehead and tells him if he will feel content and peaceful after killing him then he should do it without hesitating because he won't stop him. He stands firm at his decision and tells Rahman that he won't force Zaki to get married to Samaira.

Rahman puts down his pistol and says that it has become difficult because he has promised his daughter that he will get her married to the man she wants. He says that Samaira will surely get married to Zaki otherwise Arzoo will see the DVD not only at home but in a press conference in front of everyone. Sahir stops him and reminds him that he said he won't force Zaki into getting married but he didn't say that the marriage won't happen. He promises Rahman and Samaira that the wedding will take place with Zaki's consent. Rahman and Samaira smirk and the screen freezes on Sahir's face.

Precap: Rahman tells Sahir that he is meeting up with Mehta's company employees. He tells Sahir if he manages to fulfill his end of the promise then he will also fulfill his promise and the process of his appeal will start soon. Sahir tells him to start the preparations for the appeal because Zaki will be announcing his wedding with Samaira within that same day.
