These two have lot of things common in them, good heart, lots of talent but even more bigger is their ego. I didn't like the wu these two go on assume things on each other. Sahir assumes that she's a small town girl who has badi badi khwabein but doesn't have what it takes to make it big in the fashion world. But now it's been cleared, he himself has accepted that Kuch Toh baat hai iss designbaaz meh..!

I guess its more of prejudice here ... mayb something happened in his past which has made him so prejudiced about small town people ,... mayb someone did break his trust in the past .. but yes ego is a common factor 😆

And Arzoo, she seems to be scared of his curt nature, or even annoyed at his strict demeanour. So she feels that he can't appreciate her talent, and goes on to blame his business ethics. But she doesn't realise that she also haven't done anything to make others trust her claims. Inspite of that Sahir did believed her words and that's what made him to look for her envelope...

her problem is so far she has never experienced such a dominating guy in her life .. she herself was like the man of her house .. so all this is new to her and she does not like the way he tries to ignore her talent ... Sahir being his usual self did trust her but never showed it to Aarzoo in open .. so she assumes he never trusted her .. though she need to realise that she never did anything to win his trust either

So both need to realise their faults and shortcomings and then only they can realise that they have something more than Employee and employer bond between them. But it's not gonna be easy, for them to realise that. I don't have complaints either, let then drag however long they can, as long as they give us our SaAz doses.

yeah its gonna b a long path before they accept their individual flaws ... for now I see more and more ego and personality clash which will b good fun 😆

More than ego I felt it was clash of principles. Arzoo crossed her line as she did not work hard ro get this job. It was more like a child like act who wants to prove her point at any cost else imagine someone telling all this to employer😲. She was Right amd she couldn't prove it. To make things worst her dad crossed her.

Sahir on other hand was like a bitter medicine. He was trying to be a mentor and was teaching his otherwise dramebaaz design baaz some tricks of business.

I have a feeling that she will work directly under him from now on. 😛

I get what u mean but I hv my friend who is into designing too and she too has not really achieved anything big so far but I hv seen that she is very much possesive about her designs and cannot tolerate if someone steals even a part of it ... so designers r a bit like that .. they take it to heart if someone else steal their creations and they r asked to prove ... Aarzoo is in same boat .. she was extremely hurt and so vents out her frustration yesterday when in the end she could not prove herself .. she knows its her fault but what was hurting here was how she had to prove something which belongs to her only .. its a very humiliating feeling to b honest ... I never said she was right here .. she was equally wrong the way she spoke to her boss when she knew well that he was never at fault and instead gave her a chance to prove it too but Sahir was wrong too in the sense that when he found out the truth , he should hv obliged based on his principles irrespective of her flaws .. he can always challenge her later but first accept design belongs to her only .. no need of sorry but just accept the fact ...

Also from business POV what sahir said is right ... Talent alone is never enough ... Even if we have to buy plain lawn we ask ye kis company ki hai? Because there r certain brands we trust and know for their quality ... Yes without talent there will be no brand but without marketing and branding there would be no recognition of her talent. I feel what sahir wants to make her undersrand is precisely what we have been saying that to appreciate talent people first have to see and know that talent and that is not possible until u market it!

From business POV he was right .. but from principlers POV , I thought he was wrong in not telling her that its her design and then he can say only talent is not enough , marketting is equally needed here ...

Sahir did let go of his ego once yesterday when he decided to apologize wven though it wasn't his fault ... Arzoo couldn't even that once, over confidence takes one no where i hope arzoo learns this. She has these big dreams that she wants fulfilled and its not possible till you know the right way ... No matter how much you scream you are a big designbaaz it leads you no where!!!

I wont say he was totally not at fault because he knew well Anam has a habit of stealing designs .. so trusting someone like her who repeatedly is put under scanner is not a very good business sense either I feel 🤔 .. About Aazroo I agree , she still has a lot to learn professionally ..

She is lucky sahir used his brain and figured its her design ... Now he will lead her to success ... Hopefully making her realize the things she needs to understand ... In return her love will bring light in his dark life ... May be that is why they are humsafars!

I actually expect Sahir to use his brains ore often here because out of the two we can expect Sahir to b the more intelligent and matured one because of the experience he carries .. Agree that her love will definitely bring light in his dark life , thats the crux of the show afterall 😳
