As the journey begins....

The unavoidable comparisons were with IPKKND...only some vague reminders of QH, as of now.

1. Arzoo's entry- Reminded me of KKGSR- yet, very soon she got down to business and started preaching about merits of small town vs. Big Bad City...reminded me of some other shoiw I can't remember.

2. Felt Shivya needs to work a bit on voice modulation...but she seemed to have picked up by the end of the episode...looks like she has already slipped into the character.

3. Sahir: How is anyone supposed to fall in love with this man? ASR had a soft side he carefully hid...this guy is ruthless- the way he treated those poor labourers- don't remember any of Gul's heroes being so shockingly inconsiderate to helpless old people...

4. Supporting Cast: Not sure if I should keep a count...since very soon we will be seeing only one or two around.

Ammi: Aaliya's(Beintehaan) Mom Part 2. - Lookswise. Characterwise- Kashaf's ammi.

Sister 1: Easy on the eye and ears.

Sister 2: Nuzat Part 2. (Who said I didn't remember QH?)

Dadi: Unfortunate reminder of all the dadis of QH...but since the plot is contemporary', I hope she will not be subjected to various potions and powders...(Thank God there is no Tanveer! Looks like there is no scope for her here...)

Parrot: Lakshmiji reincarnated...Thank God again, there is no Billi around!

Misc Friends: ??

5. Did I hear Aman' and see a face? Sorry, didn't catch the exact name...

Overall feel: Slow start...but the foundation seems to be laid pretty OK ish...🤓

6. Bulldozer scene: Arzoo was paralysed by fear as she realised she was doomed-- the stunt had gone out of hand...loved the extra effect of the girl running in the bg with the court order...👏

Wondered how it was humanly possible to scoop out someone just like that from the jaws of ...bulldozer and carry them so effortlessly...but then, this is fiction and I am watching a superhero🤔 ...again, loved the way the driver jumped off the vehicle...some things are just perfect.😉

Moment of the day: The heroine being carried away, with the duppatta veiling her face ...and getting unceremoniously dropped ...all my questions about the qabiliyat of the hero answered there...😉😆

And another irrelevant question too early on in the show, crops up...If this show is competing with YHM...shouldn't Gul brush up on her parallel tracks? So far, I have not seen a single parallel track work in any of her previous shows!😕

PS: I think most of us are here because of Gul- Love her, hate her...U can't ignore her!😃 Actually quite surprised at the turn out in this forum...🤗

...And who else wanted to shake the onlookers gathered around to watch the drama...people get murdered..raped..run over...and no one lifts a finger!😲 Such people deserve the 'Sharks' they themselves create in nonchalance!(Did I just start justifying the hero???😕)

The comparisons are inevitable , all that is required is to watch one show from the PH😉 Having said that, going by the posts Gul is one of the main reasons online IF viewers have are sampling the show.

Satyanash is guaranteed down the line and you need to know when to step out before you get sucked in... but her name has more outreach than either of the leading actors of this show combined and that is saying something😃

impressive start by Gul

some scenes will be repeated from its past show when more than one show is produced from same PH with same set of CVs. they consider those repeated scenes are the strength of their show.

with new set of actors and actress it always gives a fresh looks for viewers. but for fans it is little irritating because fans linked that scene with that particular couple.

all Gul's leads always have their own charm in their own style. I wanted to see HC in this rough avatar for long. so I'm okay with his attitude. but I want him to keep this rough nature till the end even after falling in love. I don't want to see him to take 360degree turn to romance.

Shivya is confident and doing her job well. female lead family has bunch of females and Sahir has full family with bhabi and all.

Nowadays more attention given to leads. others disappears after sometime. This show has very talented bunch of actors/actress. Instead of focusing too much on the leads, If each and every character in the show is given importance then we can see some new atmosphere in this show. hope Gul considers this.

Yes it's difficult to ignore Gul, evn tho the outcome is known to us before hand 😆
Tbh the epi was ALL clichs for me...(I was murmuring to the screen Gul plz show something new!)...till we gt to the Moment of the Day in yr post. ... that was the moment it picked up fr me, got me interested. ...

The Female Lead & her sister's need to improve, the second one is okay, or their scenes loose impact.

Apart from HC none of the cast members have impressed me as of yet, so I'm hoping SAC family will consist of good actors.

Despite all this im still in for the journey of thesw two Humsafars. 😳
