Hi everyone, hope you all are doing fine!
We'd made a post regarding shifting AT's and asking for your inputs. But many people were not happy about the idea of AT's being shifting to either CC or CFC section. The rule was made to make alot of things easier for you and for us as well. Anyhow, we do consider all of your points and would like to comment on the suggestions you guys gave.
Severe actions on voilating rules :- It's been done in the past, but there was a huge chaos by members. Some members told that you've given me this warning on this this but you've left the other AT like that only, why such kind of behaviour with me? Members do think we're being partial towards certain group just because we like some celeb or whatnot..But the truth is, we do have to see alot of things before taking actions. Severity on the rules depends on how the AT's are going ; discussions not being healthy or the deregatory language being used. So basically, this idea applies in the hardcore sections. HD section is far good than other sections, atleast for the time being.
Banning members :- We do ban MIDS, BUT DO GIVE US TIME . Basically, We've to ask GMS to ban ids as we don't have the rights to ban members. So atleast before complaining do understand that such tasks are done by the GM's and not us. Regarding banning others, we can't ban members like that.. if some member voilate a rule, her/his WL will be raised first and if he/she doesnt' stop then only the ban could take place.. There's a process for each thing on IF.
At the end, we would be considering Surbhi's suggestion in choosing monitors from opposite party who can monitors each other's AT's. BUT THERE SHOULD NOT BE PERSONAL GRUDGE INVOLVED IN THIS. You all can choose members by yourself and could pm me after your final call. this is the last time we're choosing monitors, next time any AT found breaking rules, that AT will be shifted directly to chat club section.
