Ok so for the answer...

While there were some inscriptions similar to Hindi (like in Apbhransh) dating to earlier times but the oldest found inscription in Hindi was actually found miles away from India in a much later time

The inscription dates to 1747 CE(just 300 years back) Ateshgah of Baku is in Azerbaijan

This is a fire temple (Atesh means Fire in Persian and Gah means place in Sanskrit) was a unique Hindu Zorasterian (Indo Iranian pre Islamic) worship place where people of both these sects worshipped..

Strange since traditionally they were the enemy clans....

The inscription here starts with a Naman to Ganesh and in 3rd line states Read in the third and fourth lines -“श्री ज्वाला जी निमित्त दरवाजा बनाया”

Or that the door was constructed by Jwala ji..

Unfortunately this temple isn't operational anymore and is a museum.

Unfortunately no one could answer it correctly this time..

And it was understandable since the exact definition of Hindi is slightly vague even in academic sections

Will keep the second one easy to compensate for this

The second question is which Prakrit is considered to the ancestor language of Hindi. Or in other words Hindi originated from which Prakrit

Hindi originated from Shauraseni Prakrit, an early form of Prakrit that emerged in the 7th century CE. Shaurseni Prakrit language was spoken in north-central India and evolved into Hindi, Punjabi, and other languages.
