What according to you disturbs a good night's sleep?

Temperature of the room should be cool. 22-26 C …. Ideal for body to relax, heal n repair .Warm environment results in disturbed sleep .

Never go to bed on empty stomach , it is healthy to choose a light dinner.
Heavy meals , caffeine and alcohol adversely affect sound sleep .

Honestly, just being on phone, watching something before bed messes with my sleep. Sometimes it becomes very hard to sleep.

A bad mattress totally ruins it for me. 😩 Also, if the room’s too hot or there's even a tiny bit of light, I’m wide awake.
