Thighs and tummy are my mains? Any suggestions, ideas, etc? HELP!!

Yes For this You Have to exercise these
  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Running/Jogging
  3. Sit Ups
  4. Crunches

Avoid exercises such as squats, lunges, leg curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, leg extensions and calf raises, especially with heavy weights for now. They do not slim thighs.
Running is especially effective in those who have big thigh muscles...it may decrease the size of the muscles and reduce fat around the muscle to make the thighs smaller.

The exercises you have asked to avoid are the best exercise for reducing thighs. Squats and lunges work directly on thigh muscle. If you combine this with cardio specially cardio like biking then thighs slim up. Do run to much as it will harm your muscles and knees on treadmill. For running go outside.
