R/Hr...Final Frontier??

Ohk....I'm a huge R/Hr fan so ofcourse I'll be biased and maybe this is my R/Hr arrogance that's speaking...😉

But as I have read(and reread and reread and reread😆😆😆) the HP series...and throughout....I have found that no other couple was so much focussed on than Ron/Hermione.....mean...all their fights, make ups, and all the stages in their relationship was so much focussed on by JKR...

And JKR gave them the most time to get together....they were the last ones to finally kiss...and it was only in the last book when they were actually sort of together...

Even Harry/Ginny, the hero's ship....was only brought into prominence in one book i.e Half Blood Prince.
After that, H/G just got sidelined in DH, didn't it? While R/Hr were like the couple of the book...

While R/Hr...shes been dropping hints like crazy since GoF and it had plenty of action in OotP...and she sort of showed them getting together very slowly...she showed every stag in their getting-together😆😆😆

And like have already said....R/Hr got together at the very end of the series...and actually kissed right at the end.....so isn't it like JKR was sort of saving up the BEST for the last??? The BEST couple of the series....getting together at the very end...like in serials😆😆😆 where everyone is chantng "just do it and get it over with" (coz R/Hr pairing got a LOT of this comment in fandom :-p)

(like in DMG...Armaan Riddima will prolly get together at the very end of the soap or something like that😆😆😆)

Though ofcourse H/G fans will want to bash me up 😆

(And ofcourse for different people the term 'best' will mean very different couples😊 but I meant best in terms of page-space and focus throughout the series...)

They're my favorite canon couple so yeah I agree with you, and it makes complete sense, IMO. Unfortunately the most action my favorite couple got was a broom ride but, hey at least one of my favorite ships made it into canon.

Kindof makes me feel bad for the Harry/Hermione shippers (even though I consider Harry and Hermione, at most, as having a brother/sister type relationship) as both Harry and Hermione got paired off with other people.

They are adorable ji, and from the very first to the like the 4th where it was evident, she's shown those to be a couple in the making. With Harry and Ginny, from the very first squeak of Ginny 'Oh mum, it's really him!' it was so obvious that she's Harry's love lol.

Well i happen to be a harry-hermy and draco-ginny shipper only so i would hardly agree with u but yes ur view point is also correct and i highly respect it. I really feel hermy-ron had always been supported by JK and she had started dropping thier hints quite early! 😳 They were the most predictable couple! 😳 And somehow for this reason, it made dem less intresting to me bec i somehow support those couples which are very unpredictable and have a fire in dem!

*sigh* 😳 😆 ....Ron and Hermy!!...well what can say!!??...they will always be the perfect couple in HP series! 👏 😳 ...I like the way you mentioned all the fights and make ups they had!! 😳 ...and the fact that the readers had to wait for them to be 'really together' 😆 😉 in the last book! 😳 ...It all shows their relationship was coming! 😳 😆 and forming! 😳

It is interesting too see so many people who noticed the Ron Hermoine Chemistry. I was so thick headed that I thought it was just some sort of extended sibling rivalry - till Goblet of fire. GoF made their chemistry more obvious. Until then I always thought it would be Harry and Hermoine. Someday I have to pore over the texts to find references.
