1. Points taken for misdemeanor:
spamming(15 points)posting tfs, one liners/one word posts(5 points)using abusive lingo(20-30 points)posting external links or pics with other site logos(10 pts????) posting fake Deathly Hallows books etc (30 points)2. Points given:
For winning contests (50-100 pts depending on the contest) For telling n notifying us abt potential spamsters, abt ppl posting external links n pics etc etc (5-10 points) 3. Initial Points given: 50 to each house

Remember to be eligible for future contests and tournaments...you need to belong to any 1 of the 4 houses first..or else...you're disqualified
Prefects:
The Prefects will be decided upon by the HP Dev team. Prefects can take points off for misdemeanor (see rules above) and also give them. However, unfavourably being biased towards your house by giving house points for stupid reasons like "nice font" etc will have you demoted automatically.
Every Week, Prefects will count the number of points lost and gained and the net points remaining and will post it without fail in their respective house common rooms. The Heads will then change the points here, in this topic accordingly, every week.
New topic will be put up to keep track of points-all points will be added or removed only in this topic. Points removed/given elsewhere won't be considered.
