Who is left in the vicinity other than Voldy's grandpa ? .. oh wait , is it Voldy's muggle father - Tom Riddle ?

Tom Riddle made only few appearances .. May have been only twice , not sure .. he was a muggle , so nothing remotely magical .. and errr he was mistrusted by Merope's family ? .. 😕 😆

Frank Bryce appeared two times both in 4th book at start and in the end as shadow and mistrusted by locals for murders of Riddles.
