CHAPTER 4
Monica ran out into the lounge and pulled up her hair. She heard Sirius wlak up behind her.
"Monica?" she turned to face Heather, "did I get your name right?"
"Yes," she said sounding a little disappointed.
"Have you seen Sirius?"
"No. Why?" she demanded, not really meaning to.
"I don't think you want me to really answer that!" she said giggling. Monica gave her a fake giggle.
"I think I saw Sirius in room no 203…"
"No way! Not Ivy's room!"
"Is room no 203 Ivy's room?"
"On the 5th floor it is!"
"Then that is where I saw him go last!" she said triumphantly. Heather gaped indignantly and rushed outside. Monica turned to see Sirius standing in the corner behind her with one shoulder against the wall and the other hand in his pocket, grinning at her knowingly. She looked guiltily at the floor.
"Heather is a nice girl you know… smart… funny… great kisser…" he said still smiling.
"Why don't you go and snog her then?"
"But she is not the right person…" he continued as if he had not heard her, "you know it when a person is right for you… and you make the greatest mistake of letting the person go…" he took her hand in his, "Nicky… I told you that I love you and that you would come back to me if you do too… now that you have I don't mean to let you go EVER! Nicky I am still in love with you…" he leaned hesitantly towards her and she, with tears in her eyes, kissed him back. Monica buried her head in his shoulder after they broke apart and he tightened his grip around her waist.
"Sirius… Sirius…" she sobbed, "I don't know what to say…"
"Nicky… I Love You!"
"I love you too…" she whispered.

Monica was humming a tune and admiring herself in the mirror. She had run after she had confessed her love to Sirius feeling confused. Once she was convinced that her hair looked perfect she held up a set of pink robes and a set of violet robes against herself not able to decide what to wear.
"I think you should go with the violet!" said Sirius standing at the connecting door smiling at her, the ends of his eyes crinkling attractively. She gave him a nervous but sweet kind.
There was a sharp knock on the door.
"Come in!" she called.
The door opened and in came Amos Diggory.
