Yeah, there's not much written about them in the book, at least not as a couple, but I mainly became their fan during the fifth book, when Harry saw his father as a bully in Snape's memory and went to Sirius and Remus for comfort. When they mentioned how James was initially a bully but changed for the better, and how the pranks of the Marauders weren't evil like the junior death eater group in Hogwarts, I went to fanfiction.net to look for some good LilyJames fanfics, and I found sooo many. I mainly ship them because of fanfiction, since as you say there's not much written about them in the books.

Will check my scraps in a bit.

And speaking of fanfiction, have you read the Life and times yet? You must! That's the fanfiction that turned me into a James Lily fan you know. Before that I never really shipped them. You should read it if you haven't already.

I haven't read Life and times. Do you have the link? I'd like to start it now itself before uni starts again. The fanfic that got me hooked to James and Lily is Scribblings of a redhead and a quidditch captain. Have you read it? It's SO freaking emotional and made me feel like crying several times throughout, but it's amazing!

Btw, what happened to your gallery in AviSig?

Which reminds me...I posted some emotional James, Lily, Harry, and Snape pics from DH #2 in the pic gallery. Would love to see some sigs on them soon, hint hint!
