NEW YORK: "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson is seriously thinking of pursuing higher studies in the US and was spotted visiting the Harvard University campus last week for an open day.

University officials are refusing to comment about their celebrity guest, but insiders have confirmed that Watson inspected dormitories and the admission office, reports imdb.com.

Watson hinted about her plans to study abroad in an interview earlier this year.

She said: "I've applied to a few universities for next year, including several American ones. If I do go there (America), I will do a liberal arts degree, but if I stay in Britain I'll do English literature."

Thats refreshing, to know that even though she obviously doesn't need to go to university seeing as she is already one of the riches young stars in the world, she still wants to go.

Wow..!! I thought she would just enter the hollywood scene like a lot of other celebs...but this is nice to know:)
