My instinctive first reaction was also to say AST. But even if he does feel the soul connection BJ is sure to be able to fool him into believing otherwise.

Mama Rai on the other hand would also feel the soul connection to her daughter but if Arpita has returned to take revenge then it may not fit her plans to let Mama Rai know that she is Arpita so she may herself mislead her mother.

BJ also would have the suspicion as she has a suspicious and chaloo mind but since Arpita shall return knowing BJ's truth she should have worked out a story to be able to fool BJ.

With the good detective work Shikha and Simple are doing to expose RV they may be the ones who again apply their brains and figure out that she is Arpita herself and not some look alike. And they should be able to help her achieve her goal.

I think Shika, simply because she seems to understand Arpita and her character better then anyone else.
And Arpita will reveal herself to Bhootni in order to take revenge.
