K: "Gulaal.."

G: "Mat le apne mun se mera naam !!! mat le !!! ab tere mun se apna naam sun k mujhe ghin aati hai !! tu kis baat ki sympathy dikha raha hai haan ! sab theek hojayega, mota bha ko kuch nahi hoga, han nahi hoga unhen kuch ! nahi hoga ! mere maa baap ji mera vasant, yeh sab toh pehle hi mujh se chin gaye thay lekin ab vasant k naam aur us ki yaadon k saharay main ji rahi thi, tu ne mujh se woh bhi cheen liya aur aj mota bha, jo mere liye mere baap ji jese hen, unhen bhi cheen laina chahta tha tu !!!"

Kesar was dumbfounded, he didnt know how to react, he had never even imagined such kind of accusations from gulaal's side n now he had to hear all this, he was not able to figure it out as to why was he responsible for this. Rewa, who was consoling Paan ba all this time, came forward to calm gulaal down, she hold her from her shoulders gently,

Rewa: "Bhabhi, bhabhi sambhaliye khud ko, yeh kya bol rahi hen ap"

Gulaal looked at her with her eyes full of tears n said: "Main ne kya ghalat kaha hai rewa, bata mujhay, aj yeh jo bhi ho raha hai us men dosh kis ka hai, kis ki wajah se hua yeh sab?? aj tak jo bhi hua sab ne mujhe dosh diya aur maine suna, kyun k mujhay yehi laga k han meri hi ghalti hogi, dosh meri kismat ka hoga per aj nahi !! aj doshi kesar hai rewa !! aj jo bhi ho raha hai sab is ki wajah se hai, mota bha aj is halat men sirf is ki wajah se hen, ise kisne haq diya hai dusron ki zindagi ka faisla karne ka !! is ki apni zindagi ka dhang se ata pata nahi hai aur yeh dusron k faislay karne laga hai, kya lagta hai ise k jo yeh chahe ga woh hoga !!" She looked at kesar n said: "Kyun ! kyun cheen lena chahta hai tu mujh se sab kuch, akhir maine tere saath kya bura kiya? aj teri wajah se mota bha maut ki dehleez pe puhanch gaye, tu ne toh koi kami nahi chori thi un ki jaan lene men !! kyun aisa kar raha hai tu !!! "

Just then she was turned around by someone n one hand slapped her !! Everybody present there was shocked, gulaal's eyes were stuck at that person's face with shock n disbelief. Even kesar who was hearing gulaal's accusations uptill now was surprised n quickly came forward to hold paan ba so that she couldn't slap gulaal further.

Paan ba: "Bas gulaal, bohot hua !!! bohot tamasha kar liya tu ne, chor de mujhe kesar... tu chup chaap khara sun raha hai, yeh larki kya kya bolay ja rahi hai n tu aisay khara hai, kyun sun raha hai sab !! daikh liya tu ne, bhalayi karne chala tha na tu is k saath, daikh isne kya kiya, kese dhutkaar diya tujhe ! gulaal gulaal gulaal, bas yehi naam yad reh gaya tha na tujhe, daikh le is naam ne tere naam k sath jur k bhi tere naam ko kese badnaam kar diya ! gulaal ! dosh mere betay ka nahi hai dosh tera hai, teri kismat ka hai ! jab se tu aur tera naam hamari jindagiyon men aya hai jab se hamaray saath kuch bhi acha nahi hua, tu cheenne ki baat kar rahi hai..."

Kesar: "Ba plz bas kariye, bohot hogaya, yeh hospital hai plz ap dono shant ho jayiye plz, hum sab baaten ghar ja k karen ge, plz"

Paan ba: "Nahi beta, ab yeh aik sach toh sun hi le ! cheena kesar ne nahi, cheena tu ne hai gulaal, mujh se mere betay meri khushiyan cheeni tu ne ! teri kundli k dosh ne mujh se mera vasant cheen liya, aur ab mera kesar bhi, kya kya sapne dekhe thay is k mota bha aur maine lekin teri wajah se woh sab mitti men mil gaye !!" n she started crying very bitterly.

Rewa: "Ba, plz beth jayiye ba, bas kijiye, dekhiye mota bha theek hojayen, unhen hum sab ki jaroorat hai, yeh larne ka waqt nahi ba"

Gulaal's mind has become completely silent now as if there was no thinking process going on, slowly she gained her senses back n now paan ba's words were echoing in her mind, "Sab teri wajah se hua gulaal ! tu hai doshi ! kasoor kesar ka nahi, tera hai, teri kismat ka hai !" Slowly slowly she was feeling that paan ba's words were true n all this happened because of her only, she thought "Haan shayad paan ba theek hi keh rahi hen, yeh sab meri hi wajah se hua, aj bhi meri hi ghalti hai, per nahi ab nahi ! meri buri kismat ka asar main dusray kisi pe nahi honay dungi, kisi pe nahi !!" with that she turned around n left the corridor. When kesar saw this, he was about to go n stop her but rewa stopped him n said: "Ruk ja kesar, shayad bhabhi ko is waqt thori dair akela chorna hi theek hoga" n kesar unwillingly stayed there but his eyes were fixed at the corridor entrance as if he was waiting for her to return.

After some time, doctor came n said: "Ap men se gulaal kon hai?"

Kesar: "Gulaal... ji woh meri patni..." suddenly he realized what he had said so then he continued: "Mera matlab hai, woh yahan nahi hen, per kya hua hai doctor, sab theek toh hai?"

Doctor: "Ji han, lekin patient baar baar gulaal ka naam le rahay hen, hamen lagta hai woh shayad un se baat karna chahtay hen, woh un k saath rahen toh acha rahega"

Kamlesh: "Per doctor woh toh yahan nahi hen"

Doctor: "Toh ap log plz unhe bula lijiye, patient agar un ka naam le rahay hen toh acha hai woh in k paas hon"

Kesar: "Theek hai doctor, main unhe le ata hun"

Paan ba: "Koi jaroorat nahi hai, gulaal yahan nahi ayegi !!"

Rewa: "Ba yeh kya keh rahi hen ap"

Paan ba: "Bas maine jo keh diya so keh diya, gulaal yahan nahi ayegi, rewa, tu ja aur apne mota bha k paas baith"

Kesar: "Nahi ba !! agar mota bha gulaal ko bula rahay hen, toh gulaal hi rahegi un k paas, main ja raha hun usay lanay"

PB: "Kesar.."

Kesar: "Nahi ba, bas ab aur kuch nahi, gulaal yahan ayegi aur main use lenay ja raha hun, kamlesh bha, ap plz yahan sab dekh lijiye ga, main abhi ata hun"

n with that he left to go n find gulaal n bring her there, he had thought that gulaal must be there in the hospital premises but when he went to find her, she was no where, he got worried that where did she go, "Gulaal toh yahan hai hi nahi, maine ghalat kiya, mujhe gulaal k saath hi ana chahiye tha, per... shayad woh ghar gayi hogi, mujhay ghar jana chahiye" so he left the hospital to go home.

When he reached home, he entered n started calling gulaal, "Gulaal, gulaal !!, gulaal kahan hai tu plz jaldi bahar aa"

Saru fui, devika n kanchan all came in the tv lounge n started asking about mota bha's health n as to what happened,

SF: "Beta tu aisay yahan, sab theek toh hai na hospital men? kesa hai soma? kuch behtar hui us ki tabyat?"

Kesar: "Ji saru fui, ab behtar hai, sab theek hai, gulaal kahan hai? mota bha usay yaad kar rahay hen"

Kanchan: "Kesar woh toh ayi theen per kuch dair pehle dobara chali gayen, kuch kaha bhi nahi, humne poocha bhi tha per koi jawab nahi diya, hamen laga pareshani men hen is liye kuch nahi kaha, hamen toh laga tha woh hospital ja rahi hen"

Kesar: "Kya ! per woh toh wahan nahi hai, us ka mobile bhi nahi lag raha hai, kahan ja sakti hai woh"

SF said with worry: "Aray kahan chali gayi woh, kahin kisi musibat men na ho, pehle soma aur ab gulaal, yeh kya ho raha hai"

Kesar was so worried now but he tried to calm SF down, he said: "Main dhoond loonga use SF ap pareshan na hon, main jata hoon, main phone kar k ap logon ko bhi khabar deta rahoonga ap chinta mat kariye"

with that he left n sat in his car while thinking that where could she go like this, then suddenly he remembered what happened in the hospital, "Oh no !!!" he quickly started the car n left for the station. When he reached the station, it was so much crowded, he got very worried that now would he be able to find her or not, he entered in that crowd n started finding gulaal, 15 minutes had passed n gulaal was to be seen no where, all this time kesar continuously tried to call on her cell but it was still switched off. Kesar was becoming so frustrated n worried now, "Kahan chali gayi hai tu gulaal, main kya karoon, kesay dhoondun tujhe, gulaal..." with that he helplessly closed his eyes n called her name in his heart...

Just then, somebody bumped into him from behind n was about to fall when he opened his eyes n the very same instance caught the person in his hands, n he saw who the person was...

"Gulaal""Kesar" escaped from their lips, it seemed that time had stopped for a few moments, they were standing in a position where kesar's one hand was on her waist n the other one holding her from shoulder just to save her from falling, gulaal's one hand was holding his shoulder n with the other she was holding his hand, in her attempt to not to fall down. A few seconds passed by n suddenly kesar made her stand n hugged her tightly.

Gulaal was dumbfounded, she felt like the whole world stopped n she could feel no one n nothing except kesar holding her so close to him, it was only his voice which she was able to hear now, she was able to hear him crying, yes, he was crying, she felt something pinching her heart, an unaudible "Kesar" escaped from her lips which only she was able to hear or maybe kesar also heard that, may be thats y he instantly said: "Gulaal, kahan chali gayi thi, kahan ja rahi thi, kyun aisa kiya tu ne, main kitna pareshan ho gaya tha, kahan thi tu, mujhay akela chor k kahan ja rahi thi, bol, kahan thi tu", Gulaal was not able to even think that what was happening, Kesar continued: "Mota bha bhi tujhe yaad kar rahay hen gulaal, tu mujhe, unhen, hum sab ko chor k kahan ja rahi thi" n with the mention of mota bha's name, she came back to this world n realized the situation n suddenly broke away from the hug n stepped back.

With her reaction, kesar also realized what just had happened n he was also shocked. It took both of them a few seconds to compose themselves n gulaal turned around to go but kesar came in front of her, "Gulaal kahan ja rahi hai tu"

G: "Rasta choro mera"

K: "Nahi ! tu kahin nahin ja sakti, wapas chal gulaal"

G: "Tu kon hota hai mujhay batanay wala k main kya karoon aur kya nahin !! maine kaha rasta chor !"

K: "Nahi chorun ga, nahi hatun ga main ! tu ziddi hai toh main bhi kam nahi hoon, tujhe le k jaoon ga yahan se !"

G: "Kesar tamasha mat bana yahan ! ab aur kya chahta hai tu, mera itna tamasha pehle hi ban chuka hai ! kahin toh meri izat rehne de, ab sarak pe bhi tu meri beizati karwaye ga"

K: "Gulaal tujhe aisa lagta hai k main aisa kar sakta hoon? main maanta hun maine teri zindagi ka faisla tujh se poochay bagher kiya, us k liye maafi mangta hun per maine kuch bhi ghalat nahi kiya tha, maine teri khushi..."

G: "Tujhe yehi raasta mila tha meri khushi k liye !! tu samajhta kya hai khud ko ! sab wohi chahen ge jo tu chahta hai ! nahi ! main aisa nahi kar sakti !"

K: "Gulaal plz, main maanta hun us waqt sab kuch achanak hua tha, sab aik pal men badal gaya per main sirf tujhe khushi dena chahta tha, tujhe dunya k taano aur faltu baton se bachana chahta tha, bas aur kuch nahi, tu ghalat mat samajh gulaal, plz wapas chal"

G: "Kesar hat ja !!" with that she pushed him to make her way to go but he holded her from her shoulders tightly,

K: "Maine bhi kaha hai nahi hatoon ga ! chahay aj jo ho jaye, tujhe main le k hi jaoon ga ! tu ab meri patni hai gulaal lekin mere liye na sahi, per mota bha k liye tujhe chalna hi hoga ! chal !"

G: "Kesarrr !!!"

K: "Gulaal bas ! bohot hua ! mota bha wahan hospital men hen, tujhe yaad kar rahay hen, tujh se baat karna chahtay hen, tu apne ghusay men sab bhool gayi, woh tujhe kitnapyar karte hen, beti maante hen tujhe, aj aik baap aisi halat men apni beti ko bula raha hai aur woh beti apne ghusay ki wajah se un ki jaan aur khatray men daal rahi hai" He stopped to look at gulaal's expressions, she was silent but her inner turmoil was clear from her face.

K: "Chal gulaal, unhe teri zaroorat hai, chal, aj agar tu nahi gayi toh kahin kuch..."

G: "Nahi !!! nahi, unhen kuch nahi hoga ! mota bha ko kuch nahi ho sakta" tears were gathering in her eyes now n kesar felt some one crushing his heart when he saw tears in her eyes, "Chal gulaal" He hold her hand n made way through the crowd n gulaal quietly followed him, she didnt even resist to free her hand from kesar's grip. At that time she was only thinking about mota bha's health.

After some time, they reached the hospital. On their way, kesar had called at home n told SF to not to worry as gulaal was with him n he called rewa also to tell her that he is bringing gulaal. On reaching there, kesar n gulaal quickly moved towards the I.C.U, n kesar talked with the doctor, while rewa came worried towards gulaal to ask her as to where she had gone. Kesar came to them n said: "Ja gulaal, mota bha k paas ja"

With that, gulaal moved towards the I.C.U door n closed her eyes for a moment as to gain courage n then opened the door n entered.
