thing was whatever Revti, Pervy & Saru did it was mainly with Akshan

Akshan can excuse anything on themselves

But in Durga's plan, it was Alisha & a 6 year old minor who were at risk

they were about to be sold off

They couldn't have send Alisha to jail as whatever she was, root of that was Jail, that would make her a bigger criminal

I agree. Durga had it right when she called out akshan for that. alisha i get but what about the rest? Revti can stay because she's guddan sister. guddan should have thrown her in jail too..why does she get special treatment over Durga.
