I guess it must be 8th or 9th. Are they really going to give Ghum Bepanaah twist where the spouses of deceased people involved in single accident marry each other? And how are they going to incorporate an IAS/IPS character in a love story where one lead is a practicing doctor/secret singer and parallel lead is a rockstar? Like doctor/IPS can be a nod to original SaiRat but how will a rockstar parallel lead fit into this?

Exactly! That's what I was talking about in one of my posts. What will the rockstar do now? How will RR contribute to the story? What will be his purpose in the show?

The technicality is a bit different actually. According to the rules of the UPSC, a person who qualifies the IAS (Indian Administrative Service) and the IFS (Indian Foreign Service) can't even appear for the Civil Services Exam again. Plus, after you join your posting as a full time officer, the IPS officers do have their own powers but act on the instructions of the IAS who is either the SDM or the Divisional Magistrate, basically Collector. I know all this since I wish to appear for CSE once I complete my higher studies. 😅😅

But the Ganjophiles sitting in the Goregaon Film City don't care about all this. They'll make a mockery out of the Civil Services to which lakhs of people dedicate multiple years of their life, most failing, a miniscule achieving their dreams. They're smoking like very serious stuff.

Look. You can't be serious about your IAS/IPS designation if you have a rockstar who hasn't sung a duet more than 3 times in his life running behind you.

And it'll be very odd for Neil's character too. Like if they had given TejNeil a few romantic scenes, they could've shown them in the flashback but as Neil's love and relationship was in a premature stage, his interactions with Savi would make no sense. I just hope they don't make Neil a Devdas or someone like Kabir Singh who does operations keeping his alcohol bottle beside patient on the operating table.
