Also, Savi is being considered better than her, simply because the victim didn't literally forget the trauma of her husband forcing himself on her & several days of humiliation & mistreatment, the very next day, and acted normally as if it was a regular nok-jhok & petty fight. For ITV standard, Savi confronted, grilled, lashed him out properly, she refused to let go of the incident & forgive his pathetic behaviour easily, maybe because of that, she's considered better or liked more....

Anyways, it's a difference of perception, what could be not so perfect for you & me, could be for others... and it's absolutely fine if they find someone else better because we know taste in fiction/art is a Subjective matter...To each its own...NEVER MIND

Two or more people may not agree to each other regarding FICTION & find a common ground ever....and everybody is free to have personal opinions & feelings for FICTITIOUS CHARACTERS as they like. No rok-tok & judgement. Every single one of us can like whatever we wish & also peacefully co-exist. We should CHILL ,even if they've a different taste than our own .

P.S- Sorry in advance, if you feel offended, so. I am clearing this already that- I am nowhere moral policing but just trying to restore some peacesmiley36, becz you often misinterpret my post as MP, but I never intend to do sosmiley36

Haha I get it dude..But whatever it is in the end Savi will end up with Rajat..and the show also has very little time left, so don't think he will get some great redemption arc. So what's the use anyway lolsmiley36

My fav is " Dr .Deepika Sing " from Dhadkan Zindhagi se ..She as a female surgeon never compromised on her ambitions and never forget the " ill treatment from Ex and defying all his " tears " she chose a better man for herself and kept herself as an example ... The most beautiful thing was it was limited series 45 min episodes around 70 episodes only ...Loved that FL...

Katha from Katha Unkahee was good too

Above mentioned characters I only watched Ishani ..She was good but again was butchered , I fell in love with that series but later it turned horrible only to stop watching Ektha's series especially altogether

Goes without any doubt...I think, there would be no contradicting opinion in this, definitely

RAMAN LEAVING INDIA TRACK - was indeed a very well-crafted & intriguing track,😍...They set the premise thoughtfully, and execution & all was nicely built up.🔥 High on emotional quotient! Met expectations.💯

What is this redemption thing ..It is a truth that human beings it is very difficult to change the basic traits of the character..It is either live with it or kick that person out ..Savi is still like stranger to Rajat , so it was Rajath responsibility 🤔 to learn more about the woman whom he address as his wife treat like a partner sharing responsibility of his baby girl and family ...It was Savi's responsibility to inform him about the " depth of her friendship with Anubhav"....It can create a wrong impression when one of the couple roam around with a own bestie from opposite sex..Rajath over reacted and Savi slapped him in private and now in public , he should have learn his lessons ..I feel there was mistakes from both but obviously 🙄 Rajath was really more at fault ...

Once physical intimacy kicks in everything will be better , Savi was a married woman but Ishan never touched her also , she is still like a spinster even now smiley36...

However I hope Savi's story will end at a happy note with this Rajath where she has two good families at the least ...

Ghum writers can copy a regional drama instead of copying an iconic hindi serial ..

Yupp!! That's a strong possibility...but let's see how they conclude, whether Ganja gives an unpredictable ending than what's being circulated in media portals .
"A last-minute change of plan" , you see. I can't trust them. They are very moody, and can literally do anything at the last minute & twist the ending in many ways. So, I would stay tight-lipped until I see the climaxsmiley36

I heard about the show but I guess I was watching something else at that time.

Katha Ankahee - frankly I wasn't very comfortable about the plot itself, so didn't try. But that reminds me, Mauli is another one of my absolute favorites. ❤️❤️❤️

Ishaani was a dumbass no doubt there but the thing I love about her is how unapologetic she was in her stand. And how freaking self-destructive she was. Obviously that's not the type of person I advice anyone to be. But something about her always intrigued me.

Piya is a proper package for me. From a girl who lost her family to a person slowly discovering her power, and then her journey as a wife, a mother - it was beautiful.

Also because she is a character who didn't even compromise for her kids. Rather she stood tall and the ML had a proper redemption arc before they got back together.

And Kajal - well, she's basically devotion personified when it came to her love. And frankly till this day, GSMI has been the most unproblematic love story I have seen. Where none of the protagonists was butchered to highlight the other.

Ghum definitely has a lot of problematic aspects but I'll remember Savi for her love, loyalty and fierceness. ❤️❤️❤️

Agreed.

Savi was at fault for not paying heed to Rajat's concern when he clearly said he's uncomfortable around Bhavi. She could have tackled the issue more sensibly.

However, Rajat reacted rashly and it escalated so quickly that no one could have anticipated.

I see there's a concern regarding manhandling. And I acknowledge that had it been Rajat on a slapping spree, TV audience would revolt.

But I guess the reason I let go of it because Savi went against Rajat for Sai. And it's a fact that Rajat took a lot of wrong decisions. At that time Sai needed a strong support and Savi became her shield.

The only time I felt she crossed the line was when Rajat helped her during her drunken state but she thought he tried to frame her. That was really wrong on her part.

Apart from Ishani, haven't watched any of the FL's story from the above mentioned list... I was staying away from ITV .Total cut-off.smiley36 It's high time to happily do away with it againsmiley36 .
But reading your awesome character analysis, they seem like legit interesting & much bearable characters than what are currently present on ITV. I'll try watching them someday

Hehehehehehe! 😅😅😅

My first heartbreak was when I was in 7th Grade and Ekta mercilessly destroyed my favorite ship. It affected me to the extent that I stopped watching ITV altogether until YHM. 💔💔💔

And then again, she broke my heart with IshRu separation. 💔💔💔

About the shows I mentioned, I'm not gonna lie, being typical ITV shows, they too derailed at times and some negativity was there as well.

But personally, I can watch something as long as there's one character or one aspect in a show that feels personal or remotely relatable.

Nazar is the typical supernatural show yet some of its characters were so beautifully etched that I still watch it pretty regularly. 🤭🤭🤭

Then again GSMI ended within a very short time but it had a profound Innocence and peace embedded in it, at least for me. 💙💙💙

So I went by this rule - enjoy what's positive and avoid that gives you a headache. 🤗🤗🤗

I don't care if it's a copy or whatever but Ghum 2.5 did melt my heart with SaiSa. And now that I'm coming across clips from S2, I'm glad that Savi kept Sai's memories intact. 🥹🥹🥹

So yeah, this is enough for me to hold onto. 😊😊😊

I'm sorry if it offends anyone but ayesha's new show is a di**aster. They've styled her so so horribly too. Looked funny in a weird way to me.

She decided to choose this, despite being offered with so many good shows and reality shows. Smh, who's even guiding her at this point, both social media and shows.
