Being part of top show gives visibility....many senior actors did minor roles for one or two episodes....here he got more than one month and also online popularity...satya as character is not well established and his scenes are less so its impossible to tell he his a good actor or not in my view....hate for NB is also a reason for people hailing him as an ML....

Even if Sai had moved on like prerna....then also virat will be shown as soul lover and ML like anurag ....at the end of kasauti prerna looked like 2 timer....atleast sai is not ruined to that level

I echo everything u said dear nd biggest reason is hate for Virat that too only online hate,bcz makers showed cringe of pak rat so they wanted Sai too have a guy but in all this crap, Solo Stan's forgot that kuch bhi dhikaaye makers to increase episode count but makers will never forget nd will never let us forget that SaiRat are actual lead couple ,as producer also said 'kuch bhi hojaaye uss moment uss track thak galat lag sakta hai ya dhikh sakta hai but hamein hamesha pata hai ki kya Karna hai isliye hum hamesha leads pakadke rakte hai'

Its kinda sad how senior actors are doing such rubbish work just for money. Cameo Karna hai toh kuch dhang ka karo. Why come to play a part like Viju or Amba?! 🙄 These characters are adding nothing to story and are cringe too. Doing cameo of people who are having EMA together - that too in an ITV soap where this cant be handled maturely or logically is just cringe. Do they really need to sell themselves in a sense?! Paison ko liye kuch bhi kar rahe hai. They can ask for a better cameo to be written. Even out and out villain or immoral character like JM, vitthal, Sada are better than this "bechaare" people who cheat.

Hume mock karke koi faydah nehi. This forum was once filled with polar opposite views members even for on-screen pov but with offscreen & on-screen everyone turned off, left the show, forum. There are so many members who I've known used to be pro VC/NB & shipped SaiRat went onto become antis of both with time as they could see through everything what was happening on or offscreen it's futile when truth is infront of everyone yet being blind to justify it. I can name one such member optimist_d (sorry for mentioning you) who still nowadays reacts to my & many other anti SaiRat/NB posts, active that way. She also was one such old fan. Agar majority ki feelings badal gayi hai koi wajah hogi sacchai hogi. Koi bewajah hate nehi karta kisiko certainly not because he just married the antagonist or not for promoting the pair or providing BTS reels content. It's beyond that! Deep down inhe bhi pata hai sacchai that's the trigger & getting defensive.

I agree that that i used to be pro VC/NB for so long. I've been here since the first episode, supported VC lot of times, created posts to appreciate NB, shipped ex lead pair, shipped their friendship offscreen etc.

I stopped watching the show in between but news of a new lead for Sai and for Ayesha pulled me in.

I never wanted to post here after the treatment towards the (ex) lead couple and Sai/Ayesha. I'm responding to your post just to say that this show and PH taught me a lesson! i've watched so many serials, followed news online related to those shows but no where things are so glaringly visible. And no, my views/feelings have nothing to do with ML's marriage. It IS beyond that. Let's not even get into it!

I'm seeing news/articles stating that SaiYa wedding promo resulted in TRP drop. But for me, it's the reason for SaiYa marriage. I always wanted a closure for Sai, but hey, I know it's just a wishful thinking. Let's not even talk about punishment to crimes.

I understand. I echo the same feelings. First time where ML agrees to antagonist speaking rubbish in bytes against his on-screen FL or justifying Pakhi's behaviour just because you're together irl 🧐 & and refusing to give joint bytes even for scenes which have them both but giving it with his real life wife when focus is on Sai. It's so evident what was going on the show/set/BTS politics. The biggest coincidence was him getting mesmerized at her beauty & the episode came on 8th December her birthday. Just a MERE COINCIDENCE? 🙊

in Uttaran same thing had happened but on-screen, lead pair or ML was never compromised whether on or offscreen stuffs despite Rashami & Tina not getting along, Nandish treated Tina well.

CHEE.

This PH and Vankar should be boycotted. Pathetic people.

Starplus is also obsessed with the concept of infidelity and cheating in every frickin show.

anu aunty mein infidelity hai, PS mein bhi sab logon ki almost 2 baar shaadi hoti hai, YRKKH mein bhi 2 sisters, 1 man and now 2 men 1 woman, Imlie mein 2 sisters, 1 dude and 2 half brothers 1 woman type story hai.

this is all they care about. GHATIYA.

Anu aunty mein atleast the cheating is happening with some third person. in some shows, cheating is also with brother/sister of spouse. hadh hai.

Apparently this PH crew and Vankar team are "nice" to their crew/cast. well thats great but kinda immaterial, because at the end of the day, content matters. just because they treat actors well doesnt mean anything to us audience!

Is it really so hard to come up with a good script thats engaging without these CRINGE tropes?!

I have full confidence that Ghum new gen will not work unless they have managed to buy the rights of some other bengali or regional show which has a female cop as protagonist which they are gonna be copying. Because original content clearly they cant create! anything original they have added to the shows KKIS, Ghum or TMD has failed - all their creativity has been only for RUBBISH. as long as they were following the OGs, there was buzz, people were watching. as soon as they infuse their creativity to deviate and add cringe, audience hates it.

How can I forget the infamous Virakhi moments pre leap! Especially the jhula one! And the hospital scene post ousting, which was termed as CARE by a friend/bhabhi 🤡

Anyways, even if we ignore the offscreen stuff, as a viewer, I can express my disappointment towards the way the story and characters are shaped .

But from business point of view, I have to give it to them. They very well know the audience pulse and used it as long as they could. But there's a limit for everything.

Read about Uttaran alot. Mostly on this forum 😅 but there's one more show, not so famous, I don't remember the name. Even there ML was dating his on-screen bhabhi but all the interviews were given by ML-FL only
