OK so understand they wanted to show v in a genuine dilemma so he was putting p in a positive way to show why he's stuck with her ....

They lost it when they turned Angad negative.

Fateh was not liked for cheating while married to Tejo. And after Angad many couldn’t accept him back. Unless lead pair is as solid as Kartik Naira third angle is risky gamble especially looser MLs like Anurag and Jagya or with ML Like Virat n Fateh with history with Bhabhis n Salis. They wont be forgiven ever.

Basically such characters should be sacrificed. Like in Balikavadhu. They showed Jagya lost Anadi for good.

It just feels good storywise. Now they ruined Sairat and doesn’t have another good pair either.

But precisely because it is P... that there are hopes for SaiRat... if it was any other woman audience would have had sympathy for her.

Even if it was Shruti... there would be some bit of sympathy... better than P.

Now no one does in spite of white washing her. Rather are waiting for this dubious narrative to end.

By bringing in P, the plot is murkier but end is clear.

Also they did try to show P as positive, but have stopped doing that now. Only CN and V is kept unawares amd deliberately ignorant, audience is not.

Similarly, they gave Jags as counter... he has genuinely reformed but his crimes are too grave to be ignored. So even though he has good intentions towards Sai and Saavi... he won't be accepted as a permanent fix.. even as a friend. They only bring him for time being.

Balika vadhu was a social evil story .. they could never show that the pair who got married as kids are perfect for each other

jagya was not wrong to fall in love with some one else ….it happens Anandi grew up with him .. she almost became sister like .. and it’s difficult to feel attraction

There was a story called astitva ek Prem kahani .. Dr Simran with Abhimanyu

The redemption of the husband was shown quite well there .. the love between the two always remained .. trust was broken but they never could be happy with anyone else .. and eventually came together for the kid

It was still a very sad story ..

Honestly there are hopes for Virat bcz even after years of being apart, there is not one man in Sai's life who she can rely upon when losing herself when in a vulnerable state..It's just Virat..He is the hero of her life..so irrespective of Pakhi being Good or bad, Sairat will be there because Virat might have Pakhi and Sai in his life, but Sai will always and only have Virat ..🥳

BK did such a big kaand with her daughter & she got away with people continuing to respect her & hailing her as someone who truly loves the family. But they don't stop writing them nasty either. I don't understand yeh kya logic hai.

First 6 months of Ghum, with all the horrific secrets surrounding Devyani, I was expecting they will show Virat getting disillusioned with his family. But they made Sai & Virat whitewas her crimes. I realized then that they will never expose the family.

Man, they can't write anything sensible..family dynamics was a good theme. They can't even write normal side tracks which are requisite in most shows. So they serve toxicity & cringe.

Whitewashing is their core 😂

And I'm fed up of that.
