Just saw some tweet on twitter that as vinu is biological son of Virat so adoption thing does not exist and Pakhi is step mother of vinu and as sai alive she has more right on vinu.

so by this logic sai can file a case like they had illicit relation from start and that's why Samrat left her and after he came back everything was normal but as soon as he died again they started the relation and did all surrogate drama and as soon as sai left got married and made their relation legal.

If Virat can break the laws and say sorry in a corner why can't sai do that and say sorry in a corner as she is doing all this to get her son back.

I didn’t voice it here as I did not want it to be jinxed incase there was a possibility but now that we know its not happening- I will say it if they went court case route it would have been blockbuster!

Sai can bring out everything since marriage and how Virat supported PL despite everything n its enough to establish they were together. Sam death n Surrogacy resurfaced their feelings n he started shifting towards PL ignoring Sai. Later when accident happened they declare her dead so they can marry and adopt Vinu.

In court drama all things wrong could have been addressed- What happened to Devi n Harini, then Sai ousting Ajinkya kaand, Virakhi restaurant handhold etc.

And when Virat tries to claim he did for jimmedari n loves Sai all his shenanigans of anniversary w PL, remarriage Honeymoon out. With witness from Part, Hotel etc etc and him saving PL yesterday would just seal the deal!
It would have got them on top and kept there for good time. With all filth they shown- there was chance they can drag it for good.

Anyways this can happen in my imagination or FF.

Why do they do so many crimes that it becomes impossible to give them a clean chit through court

An IPS officer cannot go scotfree for bigamy if the case is Filed in court . However Bigamy does happen in India . A lot of public figures in India openly flaunt bigamy .

They have weakened Sai greatly and it is disappointing

Sai should get Jagtap help in fighting for custody. She has valid strong reasons but DCP uses his power when it comes to bhabhi.

Sai should do what Jagtap did during his cousins death track. Get a strong lawyer who can twist things in Sais favor by hook or crook & threaten Chavhaan. Sam daam dandh bhedh. Whatever it takes. If Virat threatens or tries to convince record him & use it blackmail him if needed.

If Pakhi stops Vinu from attending school & keeps him confined at home another proof for unfit to be parent

The part where he covers up SO badly and the guy Waghmare accepts it has to be the most idiotic thing ever shown. Everyone atleast partially heard the scuffle of VP and heard a gun fired. If he accepted Sai's FIR then he needs to act. He should never have accepted the FIR if he was not convinced that P wasnt doing anything illegal by taking child with her. Even if we assume Sai has no claim on Vinu and P is the mother now legally, even then VP have committed a crime in front of police by creating a ruckus in hotel and destroying hotel property and doing shady things- booking 2 rooms, having gun possession, firing gun, V getting involved even when he was politely asked to stay out since he was personally invested in the case- he destroyed evidence from Ps phone, he didnt let police do their job by entering the hotel before police by spraying fumes of pesticide on them and locking the door from inside- he was deliberately being obstructive. He shouldnt even have gone to that resort if he was respecting the fact that another police officer was handling the case. Would he tolerate all this from another person if he was helming the case?

Is there any trend Or how can we trend 'new ML for sai' in SM ??

I so wish a new ML enters the show
