Enough of playing the good, righteous person cause Virat and his ghatiya family are shamelessly bulldozing Sai in every track.

She should change her strategy and now play their game.

She should trick him by showing her vulnerability, convince him that she still loves him, trap him emotionally and win Vinu’s full custody.

Best s for Vinu to get injured and there's dependency on Sai, rather than Sai entering CN.

yes, yes and yes. That's why I am against a court drama, Vinu will reject because he is too attached to this family as of now. She has to play smart.

Any legal experts here? Sai not retuning to her home after accident wil be questioned. so keeping this in mind, is there anyway she can claim back vinu?

I know as a fact in USA, adoptive parents get all rigths as biological ones. Not sure what will happen in sais scenario

Just saw some tweet on twitter that as vinu is biological son of Virat so adoption thing does not exist and Pakhi is step mother of vinu and as sai alive she has more right on vinu.

so by this logic sai can file a case like they had illicit relation from start and that's why Samrat left her and after he came back everything was normal but as soon as he died again they started the relation and did all surrogate drama and as soon as sai left got married and made their relation legal.

If Virat can break the laws and say sorry in a corner why can't sai do that and say sorry in a corner as she is doing all this to get her son back.

I know this way sai may not get her kid back but at least she will make their life hell for sometime.

I know I am being very mean here, but for how long one can have patience yaar.

adoptive parents only get full rights if the biological parents sign off their rights legally. I know when single mothers give up their kids, law says father should be informed so he too can give his consent. Now in sai case she never signed off because she was supposedly dead, and the lawyer is right about how she messed up by not going back, so criminal family can contest by choosing to stay dead she gave up her rights. The only way she can win is really by proving patralekha is unfit, bring up her past crimes, have a psych check, and by default vinu can’t live with virat. There is only two ways for pakhi to go either she is a good person who is mentally unstable since the days of her obsession with virat she has needed help for a long time or she is just simply a simply terrible person who is breaking laws without facing consequences. I just can’t see how pakhi remains I am a good person who just wants to be a wife and mother, who threatens suicide every time she wants her way, this is making mockery of suicide victims who are genuine victims of depression. I think that is how said gets joint custody of having vinu living with her just like savi is, and giving visitation rights to virat only by targeting pakhi. I see this as the best case scenario. I don’t see virat getting completely scrubbed out, eventhough that is what this b***rd deserves. Unfortunately even dead beat dads gets joint custody.

By questioning Pakhi’s mental stability? First the surrogacy deception…than the attacks on Sai…kidnapping Vinu and trying to leave the country…questioning her intentions with possession of a gun? Virat knew she has committed a crime, hence he covered it by saying they were going to a party.
