Sometimes I feel the show gets TRPs bcoz audience are hooked...wait to understand what's the show is all about 😆... curiosity to understand what's happening n waiting to have doubts cleared is what leads to people actually watching it on TV

The audience is in no way related to the story at all. But even if we look at it with respect angle. Virat respects Pakhi the same amount as he did with Sai. Jab mood accha raha tab he told her ki main tumhara Pati hu and asked her to not feel insecure, jab mood kharaab raha then he ignored all her wishes and attempt at conversations. Yes, he might love Sai more. But in the very beginning of SaiRat marriage, he loved (or at least liked) Pakhi more. I still remember the convo where he almost said "Pakhi ke liye mere man mein jo pyaar hai-"

Tab duniya ki nazro mein Pakhi ka Virat ke upar koi haq nhi tha, she was only connected with him through Samrat, but still she had a hold on him. Ab duniya ki nazro mein Sai ka Virat par koi haq nahi hai, she is only connected with him through Savi, but still she has a deep hold on him.

Basically, it is the same scenario all over again, just this time his feelings for Sai are stronger than his feelings for Pakhi before.

I am pretty sure what you are saying is precisely what the makers intend to show, but in my opinion, they are failing pretty badly.

Ek aur diff hai. Tab bhi Sai had way more dignity than Pakhi, and ab bhi Sai has way more dignity than Pakhi.
