And if Sai and Sam both didn't exist, V would have slept with pp by now. Maybe regretted it later because he does love his brother. But he would have had atleast an emotional if not physical affair if both Sai/Sam didn't exist. The way they showed him towards pp and the amount of manipulation she does, he'd have got involved.

He may not care about pp now, hes over her. But he till date cant make up his mind about infatuation vs love for pp. He was so carried away making promises of aashiq for a woman whose full name also he didn't know.

He is quite foolish.

Its fine to be attracted to someone. But his behavior has always been silly. He is not perceptive and does not learn lessons even after seeing people's true face.

In effect what he did was diffuse situation and buy time but the whole execution of it failed and the culprits are writers and directors. They could have used better lines and a more palatable exceution to drive home the point. But this is Ghum and they have to up the toxicity quotient for every damn thingSo in the end they made Virat look like a selfish a**h***. He should not be mute when Sai is called names by his family. It is a strict No-No. He has to be shown as a loyal husband who does not compromise on her self respect. Sometimes I feel Vanku has some beef with Virat or even Neil for that matter 😆 In every track they have to make Virat look pathetic - either stupid, selfish or self centered🤔 pata nahin kya problem hain🤔

This whole justification of Virat character like he is people pleaser, he is non confrontational is rubbish. Where is this people pleaser go when it comes to taking stand for his bhabis. Shruti is outsider so he can go against whole family for her to the extent of leaving house and threatening his family members for name calling her but he can't open his mouth to ask his family members to stop disrespecting his so called love. Logic? Pakhi also family member and he don't mind taking stand for her against his family members be it his mother, so called wife, his best friend even though they speak truth about her. I am seriously fed up of the explanations people giving for Virat character. Didn't he showed his anger towards his family members in Shruti kand. Where does this people pleaser go during that time? Shouldn't he accept the insults by his family members like he expects Sai to do because apparently he RESPECTS his family and CAN'T LIVE without his so called family. But no he refused to forgive them, moved out of the house, didn't care when his own mom pleading him on her knees. So when it comes to his and his bhabis respect he can go to any length to take stand. But when it comes to his supposed lady love he is non confrontational, people pleaser bla bla👏. There's nothing real that is being served in ghum. If in real life family like chavans exists, they would have been in jail, a character like patralekha would have thrown out of the house, a supposed to be educated girl like Sai would have shut every one mouth by simply saying I will lodge a complaint against u for harrassing me to leave my job and for daily abusing me instead of waiting for her spineless husband to take decisions on behalf of her. so called police officer like Virat would have suspended for his disgusting acts and endorsing abuse in his own house if he was a real character. There's nothing real in this show. Yes many girls face career vs family in their laws house but not like this way. Sai is studying mbbs for 5 years but now suddenly kaku has problem with it. For what? Just for drama sake they show literally anything. There's nothing productive will come out of this track. As usual Virat will throw Sai under the bus to face his family wrath like he always do. Best example: ladak trip, her reentry to the house with insults after first separation during devkit track. Couldn't stop myself from responding. Virat is very regressive character who wants to project himself as progressive. Had he don't have the fear of loosing Sai because of career vs Bahu, he would have happily be okay with her agreeing to kaku condition. That's how he is. His wife is getting insulted publicly, she is being blamed for something which she didn't do (deal, him landing in hospital because of her accusations) but all he could notice is his wife changing her Sur name. This sums up this narcissistic character.

For this I would particularly blame ghum writers... who for whatever reason have kept the Pakhi angle alive and kicking...

FD's one true wish of V calling Pakhi Bhabhi/Vahini is not yet fulfilled even at 500 episodes.

Whereas and strictly because it is the same story, Lagnachi Bedi (marathi ghum) has had Pakhi, BK call her vahini multiple times so far... Raghav/ V has not said but he doesnt react to it weirdly either and it is only at 77 episodes... Sindhu/Sai is to go for admission.

So we cant really say that its not possible... why it is not done is everyone understands 😭

The best way to watch it now is to consider each track as a stand alone track with no bearing on the previous ones and in worst case scenarios, I consider even individual episodes as stand alone episodes. This is primarily to not lose my sanity over a show and at the same time enjoy what I want to enjoy 😆 This is the only way you can watch Ghum or else we will be perpetually stressed !🤔 Just my humble advice if you still want to continue watching Ghum 😃

To watch ghum we must have attitude of kariahma...ready with popcorns and chill ...

Anyway I found ghum more sensible than anu aunty,tamarind,flying on rangu and dkp show where marriage last for more than 3 months
