I think in itv, working on weekends is normal. I have no sympathy for them "working hard" because we all do. As a medical professional i routinely work weekends so its really not a big deal to me. Having pressures at work is no excuse for their crapfest. People have work pressures in every industry. They cannot compromise on quality just coz they feel "pressured".

Working hard, I dont get it too...everyone is working actually. However What she means is, the shows here are getting delivered a day or two after shooting, because of this whole week ahead concept. So may be that is also adding to the already pathetic execution.

But that was the case even when not 1 week ahead. They were not doing a better job editing or directing even then. We are trying to make excuses for them but theres really no excuses to be made. 😅🙈

Personally I have been cribbing about execution ousting track...There has been no return after Jaffar left. Now they have Jaffar in their new show, so certainly they know Jaffar is good and this one is good for nothing 😆

Rangu top show is running 7 days a week...so excuse of tiredness can't be given to leads....as far as now ayesha has the most tight schedule but her performance quality is not much affected except one or two scenes in a week...even when she was ill recently from her onscreen performance we won't feel it...looks like ml struggles to bring about layers in virat....it is a reason all sympathy is gone to sai...look top rangu show...ml gets sympathy due to his onscreen portrayal...ml became too repetitive in his acting...same closing the eyes... crying buckets... hand in air...nothing new...recently watched his portrayal of zakir in diya....the character wad one dimensional and much emotional scenes are not there...scenes are related to professional life as ips...coming to direction they are not taking it seriously...when child bride show came that two weeks they were perfect in editing and direction ....if only you show can tough competition that department will get imroved...now ph will more concentrate on new show as their competition is with udiyaa

Yes that's what I meant ..However I have huge respect for TV artists than film actors.. Because TV actors hardly get any time to rehearse for the scenes..Where as film actors get ample time to prepare.

However execution is gone for a toss in Ghum. Do they even watch what they are serving everyday..

Ayesha doesn’t have a say in her looks and costumes so we should blame the stylist

Neil has a say in the everything so let’s blame him for the creativity but I thought he isn’t popular and show can run without him and any ML will do the job . Oh yes I read some poll were conducted and all kinds of viewers were interviewed and later it was concluded that the show runs because of Sai and Ayesha . Sai is channel’s favorite , audience favorite but yet she doesn’t have a say but Neil despite being a replaceable ML has say in every department. Oh last I heard was Vankar was Neil’s friend and favors him hence he gets amazing characterization 🥳while not so favorites get better characterization.

When Neil acted well despite not so great characterization, he was praised. So when he is not acting well, he will be called out. Characterization is one aspect, acting is another. Characterization, story, dialogues direction, editing, screenplay are all being criticized. Neil as Virat is capable of nuances but he is screwing up currently. He needs to pull up his socks. He is one half of Sairat and right now he is missing the mark. Not always. He is good in some scenes but he is not as consistent as he used to be.

And he does his own make up so if his make up is messed up, cant blame anyone but him.
