Most of times we refuse to see other side of the story coz we believe we are right

I agree that Virat is morally wrong in not revealing Patralekha’s intentions to Samrat and Sai but

Virat can not do so because

The moment Sai hears that Pakhi wants to be with Virat for a lifetime,she would refuse to even hear Virat’s decision and leave him forever.

Samrat will go back since he himself declared that he will think about his decision to stay at CN only if Pakhi wants to give a chance to their marriage..

Patralekha will become a free bird after divorce and pursue Virat despite him showing no interest in her. Bhavani will surely side with Pakhi and persuade Virat to get back to her.With Sai gone,even Pakhi’s parents will bring pressure on Virat to see their daughter fulfill her love.

Aswini will get shattered for the happenings and never accept Patralekha as her daughter in law. Even Ninad for that matter.

Virat Chavan can move away from Sai but can not live without her existence in his life.

I think Virat did his best to save himself and his relationship with Sai from Patralekha though he was wrong on moral grounds.

Anyway this is what I think and I respect your take definitely.

And when it comes to Sai, he fails to see her insecurities and her issues in the way Pakhi behaves with him... Sai does not even have an issue if they are friends..Khair in all this, once they have confessed and are fine, will he let her know how Sai was always , always right about Pakhi's intentions towards him, about wanting a life with him until recently.. Would he come clean there, since he has shamed Sai and also let the family shame her and has always always called it BAKWAAS!!

What do I say Asmi. I think we have different views about him. He has been a hypocrite in a few things and I agree.

He acted like a selfish guy by not revealing the truth to his brother. He is like a person who cannot see what’s in his left or right. He only sees things from his perspective. He fails to think about others and what would be the outcome of certain things. When I say he fails to think about others, he often fails to think what would the other person want, how would they feel, what could be their issue, would it be right or fair on them if I do it. His fairness drives his actions. His fairness is towards Samrat whose marriage got spoilt because he hid the truth in the past. His fairness l towards Pakhi who is still stuck in the past whereas he has moved on. His fairness towards Sai is by staying loyal with her and she doesn’t miss out on anything because she doesn’t have anyone in this world.

He didn’t want to show the family. As I have mentioned in the post, he realised that he would be wrong if he hides this from Samrat. Sai made him realise that Samrat would be hurt if he comes to know from someone else. He also wanted to let Sai know that he is not who she thinks. He doesn’t have anything to do with Pakhi and he wasn’t hiding and meeting her secretively because he has an affair with her but because he felt that Pakhi was right when she said that they could be misunderstood at home.

He wanted to let Sai know that he has no feelings for Pakhi. He couldn’t take it that she said she would have left the house. He doesn’t want that. Even if he has been acting indifferent, he gets affected by her thoughts and feelings for him. She had said that she was not important for him. It was like he didn’t respect her, their marital relationship and that’s why keeps meeting Pakhi even after she has raised it as an issue. He wanted to clear all this.

About the yoga instructor thing. His mind is full of filters. He only pays attention to or gives importance to things which is in inclination with his thoughts and he filters out all the other unwanted things.

I have even lost hopes about him thinking about Sai’s words. Her claim that Pakhi shows her oove openly for him was right but he never thought about it after he came to know about it from Pakhi herself. At that time his mind was full of Sai, her not returning home, that he had made a mistake. That is all. Actually once should be thinking about how she has been right but I don’t think Virat would. Also she has claimed that he also has feelings for her which wasn’t true and hence he won’t think about it. He would just classify it under yet another misunderstanding of Sai.

He won’t be able to clear anything about Sai’s claims last time. Again all of this would also mean that he has to accept Pakhi’s doings which he wouldn’t want to. That’s why I am saying, he thinks certain things. He feels that this is the right way and goes by it without giving too much of a thought to it.

Dont even talk about it... That was certainly not needed..Not after the talk they had in the cafe and the relationship he shared with Pakhi.. And coming out from his mouth who was too quick to question his wife's character with a person who she has clarified from the very beginning as just a friend and not an ex who wishes to run away with her.. He had planned to kiss her before letting her know about his feelings or his past.

He is a little complex character. I have just replied to Asmi too on how he actually looks at things. He has a notion and he just blindly goes by it without taking all factors into consideration.

I feel they are all in this position in one way or the other because of their own doings too. Pakhi has been vile but Virat made mistakes which complicated their life. Sai also made some assumptions and failed to understand certain things. I am not saying that things were easy for her to understand but both of them should have put more efforts to understand each other which they failed to. They let a 3rd person invade their private space. Virat gave too much of a leeway to Pakhi, shared about their marriage to her on the very first day, failed to even understand Pakhi’s intentions, failed to keep her at the position she has to be kept it, failed to understand Sai’s issues and her emotions. Sai had failed by letting everyone know about their relationship time and again. She kept telling that she would leave the house even at places and times when it wasn’t necessary at all. She kept giving up her position as a wife by telling Pakhi again and again that she can talk to him, or she has no interest in him or no interest to travel with him in an attempt to let Virat know that she is adhering to their deal. In all this, both of them had been given weapons to Pakhi which she kept using to hit them. Even if Pakhi wasn’t in picture, sometimes Virat would mess it up or sometimes Sai would.

I actually like this journey of Sai where she has been introspecting her feelings for him. It is not like the onus is on her but it is in a way good for her too to think. I know she is in pain and is hurt but they need this space. I hope Virat also gives it a thought as why it affects Sai so much.

Tbh I didn’t expect Virat to tell the whole truth in front of the family and was expecting Pakhi whitewashing version. Because for him it was not about Sai or Pakhi it was about his relationship with his Jeeva.

And in his delusional world Samrat still loves Pakhi and clearing things from his side which he calls “His sachai“ will help samrat to patch up with Pakhi and a second chance to Samrakhi and his relationship with his Jeeva will mend.

My biggest grouse with Virat is he can be patient with everyone including Pakhi but not to Sai whom he is in love with. He cant explain to her little bit more patiently and clear her insecurities. He needs to act rude only to Sai.

He really needs to change his rude attitude towards only Sai and understand Pakhi real intentions.

Because Pakhi has started new mission about making Virat jealous 🤪

Hmm, actually, I did give it a thought. What I felt was that this meeting and talk was all a momentary decision. He made up his mind to clear things with Sai and Samrat after he heard what Sai spoke. He didn’t think about anything else while he was planning to do.

Yes, he arrived at a decision that they should give their marriage a chance and that I feel is his guilt that’s driving him to make him do it. He is guilty that Samrat’s marriage will turn into a broken one because of his mistake and Pakhi is unable to move on whereas he has moved on. It does look like a solution that he has found but I don’t think it is to avoid any unpleasant confrontation.
